日本代购-※北海道・沖縄・離島への販売は行っておりません。 お客様のお布団を当社が責任を持ってクリーニングさせていただきます。 当社工場には、お布団に適した洗浄機械があり、汚れの落ちはもちろん仕上りにも自信があります。 お布団のシミ・スレ・破れなどは個別に対応し、受け渡し時にはお客様に満足していただけるように努めます 【STEP1：集荷キットの配送】 ご注文後、当社からお布団集荷キットをお送りいたします。 ◎集荷キットの内容 ・クリーニングご利用ガイド ・ふとん集荷バッグ ・ふとん縛りひも ・結束バンド ・クリーニング申込書（要返送） ・当社あての配送用伝票（着払伝票） 【STEP2：お客様による梱包】 お布団集荷キットが届きましたら、ふとん集荷バッグに、ご注文枚数分のお布団を詰めてください。 また同封のクリーニング申込書に必要事項を記入いただき、お布団と一緒にご返送ください。 ※画像の「布団の詰め方」は詰め方の一例です。その他の詰め方でも集荷バッグに入れば大丈夫です。 ※お布団を詰めていただく前に、ほつれや破れなどの確認をお願いいたします。 当社工場でも確認を行いますが、事前に確認していただきますとスムーズに、洗い・仕上げ・納品に移行できます。 ※当社の専用バッグ以外でお送りいただいた場合は、お客様に送料を負担していただきます。予めご了承くださいませ。 【STEP3：集荷依頼の連絡】 お布団・申込書を詰められましたら、集荷バッグのファスナーを同梱の「結束バンド」で閉めてください。 最後に配送用伝票をご記入いただき、最寄りの佐川急便営業所に集荷バッグの集荷依頼をお願いいたします。 【STEP4：当社の検品】 当社工場にお布団が到着しましたら、洗えるものかどうか、状態や破れなど1点1点丁寧に検品いたします。 検品結果はメールでお知らせしますので、ご安心ください。 ※クリーニング開始前にご確認事項がある場合、担当者よりメールまたはお電話にて、お客様にご連絡する場合がございます。 【STEP5：クリーニング・保管】 クリーニングが完了しましたら、お客様のご指定のお届け月（上半月・下半月）まで、大切に保管させていただきます。 即納の方は10〜20営業日程度で返却いたします。 ※保管のお客様に限り、2度目の乾燥 保管期間中に少し膨らみを無くしてしまう場合もあるため、当店では2度目の乾燥を返却前に行い、ふんわりとした気持ちのいいお布団をお客様へお届けできるように努めております。 【STEP6：お布団の発送】 （即納の方） クリーニング申込書記載のお客様指定のご住所にふかふかになったお布団をお客様のお手元へお届け致します。 ※お布団がご自宅へ到着しましたら、直ちに開封していただきますようお願いいたします。 （保管の方） お戻しの時期が近づきましたら、お客様に配送先の確認メールをお送り致します。 クリーニング申込書記載のお客様指定のご住所から変更の場合は、メールにて新住所のご連絡をお願い致します。 最後にふかふかになったお布団をお客様のお手元へお届け致します。 ※お布団がご自宅へ到着しましたら、直ちに開封していただきますようお願いいたします。 【クリーニングを行い、お布団に損害が出た場合について】 お布団のクリーニングを行った際に、変色・収縮・風合い等の変化が発生し、 お布団に損害が出た場合については、原因の究明を行います。 当社に責任がある場合は、クリーニング代金の返金・補償を行います。
