日本代购-荒川 明の陶房は浜松の山奥の引佐町奥山にあり、 その名前の通り山奥となります。 そこには古い時代に使われた薪窯を荒川明が独自に 工夫をして窯を作りました。 自然の炎色、自然釉、灰かぶりの美しさの中に大胆な 景色の出る焼き物で同じ作品は2度と出来ません。 サイズ 大き目ぐいのみ　ちょちょ直径直径9.5cm×7.6cm×高さ5cm 素材 陶器（木箱付き） 特長 形と文様　焼き方の違う志野と織部が 混合した奇跡のぐい呑み 文部大臣奨励賞受賞の陶芸作家の 確かな作陶技術と使い心地の良さ！ 焼成方法 薪窯焼成 ※モニターによって多少色具合が違う場合があります。『鳴海織部』とは？　 織部釉の緑と志野釉の白い色が美しい！ 薪窯にて焼成。織部釉薬は奥山の薪窯でできた木灰でつくりました。 志野釉薬のかいらぎが魅力的で、変化ある色相は見る人を楽しませます。 美味しい冷酒でぐいのみを眺めながら旬のおつまみを頂き、 至福のひとときをお過ごし下さい。 長年、土と釉と焼成の研究を行ってまいりましたが 桃山時代の鳴海織部に魅力を感じ茶碗から造りはじめました。 白土に赤土で変化をつけ、そこに大胆に鬼板にて文様を描いた後、 素焼きをします。 釉薬は奥山の薪窯でできた木灰で織部と 平津長石の志野釉を半分づつ掛けますが、非常に難しい技です。 茶碗、水指、大皿、大壷、日用食器なども製作しております。 荒川明の作品は薪窯焼成の作品がとても多いです。 『薪窯焼成』のこだわり 電気窯　灯油窯　ガス窯　もありますが、 作品の焼き上がり（陶芸用語で景色）の変化が楽しめます。 釉薬（色つけ）で電気でないとだめとかがありますが、 全体的に釉薬物（色付け）の作品も薪の煙、ヤニが作品に付き面白い作品が焼き上がります。 【薪窯は素焼きをせず作品を生のまま窯につめます】 【作品を乾燥させ稲のわらを巻き付け窯詰めを行います】 【松と雑木を3昼夜焼き続ける薪窯】 焼締は釉薬（色　薬）を掛けないで、作品を作って薪窯に入れますと 赤松のヤニ,薪の灰が作品に掛り同じ作品は焼き上がりません。 【薪窯を開けます】 1週間程窯の温度が冷めるのを待って窯の焚き口を壊して作品をだします。 写真手前の黒っぽいのは薪の灰が作品に溶けた灰被り（はいかぶり） 写真中央の緑色は薪のヤニが作品につき溶けた色です。（ピードロ）と言います。 作品を窯から出した後、作品のお掃除をして作品の発表をします。 ▲正面　　とても持ちやすいおちょこ ▲正面反対も楽しめます。 ▲中の志野の白と織部の緑が美しい ▲高台 『鳴海織部』ができるまで　 電動ロクロで挽きます 少し乾燥しましたら、高台を削ります 素焼きが終わりましたら、鬼板で文様を描きます。 織部釉薬、掛け分けます。 志野釉薬を掛け分けます 。 薪窯にて焼成 【荒川　明のオリジナル釉薬】 木灰を調合してオリジナルの織部釉薬をつくりました。 木灰のあく抜きはバケツに灰を入れ、根気よく水を入れ替えあく抜きをします。 素手で触ると、手の皮むける程です。 薪窯焼成と電気窯にて焼成の違い。 好みもありますが左が薪窯焼成　右側が電気窯焼成 ▲薪窯焼成の鳴海織部ぐいのみ ▲電気窯焼成の織部ぐいのみ。 ▲薪窯焼成の高台　 ▲電気窯焼成の高台
