日本代购-サイズ 直径10cm×高さ15cm 素材 陶器 特長 志野の雪肌の美しさと土肌の素朴さが特徴です ※モニターによって多少色具合が違う場合があります ところで土からどうしてやきものができるの？ 土練り ろくろの芯出し ろくろ成形 土の空気を追い出すために土練りをします。土の練った形が菊の花びらの様ですので、菊練りとといいます。 ろくろの台の上に真中心にならないと形が変形して、粘土が飛びます。 遠心力を利用して形をつくります。少しの力加減ですぐ変形します。 陰干しをして水分が抜けましたら天日に干し 素焼きをします。作品の大きさにもよりますが600度〜800度で焼きます 釉薬掛け　素焼きが終わりましたら色付けのため薬をかけます。 本焼き　釉薬によって違いますが、1250度位で焼きます。作品は真っ赤に透き通ってドロドロになる寸前まで焼きます。薪窯で3昼夜焼成の志野花入れ 志野の雪肌の美しさと土肌の素朴さが特徴です 文部大臣奨励賞受賞　陶芸家　荒川　明作 　　志野花入れ　花瓶 土肌を残し一部に濃い志野釉を勢いよく流掛した作品で白と土肌の対地が見所です ▲白の志野には明るい花が似合います ▲横側、岩山のイメージで少し斜めになっている。深い削りが大胆。こちらを正面に使うのも面白い ▲一輪又は二輪あたりの花を入れるのにぴったりの口の大きさ ▲底も色変化しており右側に荒川明のサイン入り ▲志野釉が少し灰被りとなりピンク色となっている 木箱の在庫の無い場合は御注文頂いてからの 発注になりますので、10日前後お時間がかかります。予めご了承ください。 志野焼きとは 志野焼は、窯から出した時、窯と作品の温度差により、釉薬にヒビが入ります。（陶芸用語で貫入といいます。） 貫入に抹茶が浸みこみ少しずつ変化していきます。（景色が変わる） 焼物の場合は焼き上がった時が1番悪い状態で使って使い込んでどのように変化をするか楽しみながら景色のよい焼物を造り上げて極上の作品にして下さい。 （陶芸用語で景色を楽しむと言います） 志野焼きは現在では一般的にガス窯が良いとされています。 私も灯油窯、ガス窯で還元焼成で今までやってまいりましたが 薪窯で焼成するようになりました。 最近は特に生鬼板を下掛し、素焼き後、志野釉の薄い釉、 濃い釉を掛分け又わざと土肌を残し、そこが薪窯で焼成する事により 火色（茶色）が出る事を意識的にやる事にして鼠色、白、火色の 入り混じった志野を焼締志野と名付けました。 そのため、もぐさ土原土から石を取り除き石臼で杵でつき粘りを出して、 そのまま使ったり、他の土とブレンドしたりし土味を大切にしております。 特に裏側の火色が魅力的です。 土味、そして鬼板を掛けたところの変化、志野釉の雪のような白 美しい火色が対比して大胆で美しい焼締志野を作りだしました。 志野を薪窯にて赤松と雑木を3昼夜焼成の珍しい花瓶です。 美しさの中に大胆な景色の出る焼き物で同じ作品は2度と出来ません。 荒川明の作品は薪窯焼成の作品がとても多いです。 『薪窯焼成』のこだわり 電気窯　灯油窯　ガス窯　もありますが、 作品の焼き上がり（陶芸用語で景色）の変化が楽しめます。 釉薬（色つけ）で電気でないとだめとかがありますが、 全体的に釉薬物（色付け）の作品も薪の煙、ヤニが作品に付き 面白い作品が焼き上がります。 【薪窯は素焼きをせず作品を生のまま窯につめます】 【作品を乾燥させ稲のわらを巻き付け窯詰めを行います】 【松と雑木を3昼夜焼き続ける薪窯】 焼締は釉薬（色　薬）を掛けないで、作品を作って薪窯に入れますと 赤松のヤニ,薪の灰が作品に掛り同じ作品は焼き上がりません。 【薪窯を開けます】 1週間程窯の温度が冷めるのを待って窯の焚き口を壊して作品をだします。 写真手前の黒っぽいのは薪の灰が作品に溶けた灰被り（はいかぶり） 写真中央の緑色は薪のヤニが作品につき溶けた色です。（ピードロ）と言います。 作品を窯から出した後、作品のお掃除をして作品の発表をします。
