日本代购-サイズ 直径28.5cm×奥行き28.5cm×高さ35cm 素材 陶器 特長 薪窯で焼成された見事な窯変の灰被り ※モニターによって多少色具合が違う場合があります ところで土からどうしてやきものができるの？ 土練り ろくろの芯出し ろくろ成形 土の空気を追い出すために土練りをします。土の練った形が菊の花びらの様ですので、菊練りとといいます。 ろくろの台の上に真中心にならないと形が変形して、粘土が飛びます。 遠心力を利用して形をつくります。少しの力加減ですぐ変形します。 陰干しをして水分が抜けましたら天日に干し 素焼きをします。作品の大きさにもよりますが600度〜800度で焼きます 釉薬掛け　素焼きが終わりましたら色付けのため薬をかけます。 本焼き　釉薬によって違いますが、1250度位で焼きます。作品は真っ赤に透きとおってドロドロになる寸前まで焼きます。　　　薪窯で焼成された見事な窯変の灰被り壷 　　　　文部大臣奨励賞受賞　陶芸作家　荒川　明作 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　灰被り大壷 荒川明 流『焼締』とは？　 釉薬（色）をつけないで、焼き締めた作品 焼締ほど作家にとって窯開きが楽しいものはありません。 薪窯で作品を焼く時は薪の灰、ヤニが棚、作品に付き、作品が棚から 外せなくなりますので、作品の高台に3か所に違う種類の粘土（道具土） を唾（水ですと粘土がくっつかない）でつけます。 焼き上がってからバケツに水を入れ、しばらくつけてからそっと道具土をはずします。 3ケ所色が違うのは、道具土を外した跡です。 薪窯にて3昼夜薪の炎にて焼成され自然の炎色、 自然釉、灰かぶりの美しさの中に大胆な景色の出る焼き物で同じ作品は2度と出来ません。 荒川明の作品は薪窯焼成の作品がとても多いです。 『薪窯焼成』のこだわり 電気窯　灯油窯　ガス窯　もありますが、 作品の焼き上がり（陶芸用語で景色）の変化が楽しめます。 釉薬（色つけ）で電気でないとだめとかがありますが、 全体的に釉薬物（色付け）の作品も薪の煙、ヤニが作品に付き 面白い作品が焼き上がります。 【薪窯は素焼きをせず作品を生のまま窯につめます】 【作品を乾燥させ稲のわらを巻き付け窯詰めを行います】 【松と雑木を3昼夜焼き続ける薪窯】 焼締は釉薬（色　薬）を掛けないで、作品を作って薪窯に入れますと 赤松のヤニ,薪の灰が作品に掛り同じ作品は焼き上がりません。 【薪窯を開けます】 1週間程窯の温度が冷めるのを待って窯の焚き口を壊して作品をだします。 写真手前の黒っぽいのは薪の灰が作品に溶けた灰被り（はいかぶり） 写真中央の緑色は薪のヤニが作品につき溶けた色です。（ピードロ）と言います。 作品を窯から出した後、作品のお掃除をして作品の発表をします。 ▲大きさは90cm幅の床の間にピッタリ　又会社ホール、応接間でもOK　　隣は巾11cm× 高さ11cmの小壷　 ▲正面裏側も十分自然釉が溶けた色相。夏などはこちらを向けたらどうだろうか。 ▲丸い形にわずかに口が立ち上がり美しい形である。 花は5〜6本入る ▲底は薪ならではの炎色　右側に荒川明のサイン ▲灰被りの灰が強い炎により青緑に溶けて、自然釉としてこれ以上ない美しい壷です
