日本代购-サイズ 直径30cm×奥行き30cm×高さ40cm 素材 陶器 特長 薪窯で焼成された志野釉と灰被りが混合した見事な壷 ※モニターによって多少色具合が違う場合があります ところで土からどうしてやきものができるの？ 土練り ろくろの芯出し ろくろ成形 土の空気を追い出すために土練りをします。土の練った形が菊の花びらの様ですので、菊練りとといいます。 ろくろの台の上に真中心にならないと形が変形して、粘土が飛びます。 遠心力を利用して形をつくります。少しの力加減ですぐ変形します。 陰干しをして水分が抜けましたら天日に干し 素焼きをします。作品の大きさにもよりますが600度〜800度で焼きます 釉薬掛け　素焼きが終わりましたら色付けのため薬をかけます。 本焼き　釉薬によって違いますが、1250度位で焼きます。作品は真っ赤に透きとおってドロドロになる寸前まで焼きます。薪窯で焼成された志野釉と灰被りが混合した見事な壷 　文部大臣奨励賞受賞　陶芸作家　荒川　明作 　　　　　　　　　　灰被り志野大壷 ▲薪窯焚口火前に置かれ　流れる様に掛けられた志野釉に赤松のヤニと 　　灰が被り溶け、入り混じった貴重な壷 ▲壷らしい美しい曲線の肩に流れる志野釉が特徴でその大胆さは大きな空間に飾っても目を見張るものがあるでしょう。 　隣は巾11cm× 高さ11cmの小壷　 ▲裏側も見事な志野の流れです ▲口が立っており花10本位入る大きさです。 ▲底は美しい炎色、高台右側に荒川明のサイン ▲志野釉の流れの横に灰被りの自然釉が大胆な 表面の貴重な壷 志野焼きは現在では一般的にガス窯が良いとされています。 私も灯油窯、ガス窯で還元焼成で今までやってまいりましたが 薪窯で焼成するようになりました。 最近は特に生鬼板を下掛し、素焼き後、志野釉の薄い釉、 濃い釉を掛分け又わざと土肌を残し、そこが薪窯で焼成する事により 火色（茶色）が出る事を意識的にやる事にして鼠色、白、火色の 入り混じった志野を焼締志野と名付けました。 そのため、もぐさ土原土から石を取り除き石臼で杵でつき粘りを出して、 そのまま使ったり、他の土とブレンドしたりし土味を大切にしております。 特に裏側の火色が魅力的です。 土味、そして鬼板を掛けたところの変化、志野釉の雪のような白 美しい火色が対比して大胆で美しい志野を作りだしました。 美しさの中に大胆な景色の出る焼き物で同じ作品は2度と出来ません。 荒川明の作品は薪窯焼成の作品がとても多いです。 『薪窯焼成』のこだわり 電気窯　灯油窯　ガス窯　もありますが、 作品の焼き上がり（陶芸用語で景色）の変化が楽しめます。 釉薬（色つけ）で電気でないとだめとかがありますが、 全体的に釉薬物（色付け）の作品も薪の煙、ヤニが作品に付き 面白い作品が焼き上がります。 【薪窯は素焼きをせず作品を生のまま窯につめます】 【作品を乾燥させ稲のわらを巻き付け窯詰めを行います】 【松と雑木を3昼夜焼き続ける薪窯】 焼締は釉薬（色　薬）を掛けないで、作品を作って薪窯に入れますと 赤松のヤニ,薪の灰が作品に掛り同じ作品は焼き上がりません。 【薪窯を開けます】 1週間程窯の温度が冷めるのを待って窯の焚き口を壊して作品をだします。 写真手前の黒っぽいのは薪の灰が作品に溶けた灰被り（はいかぶり） 写真中央の緑色は薪のヤニが作品につき溶けた色です。（ピードロ）と言います。 作品を窯から出した後、作品のお掃除をして作品の発表をします。
