日本代购-荒川 明の陶房は浜松の山奥の引佐町奥山にあり、 その名前の通り、山奥となります。 そこには古い時代に使われた薪窯を荒川明が独自に 工夫をして窯を作りました。 自然の炎色、自然釉、灰かぶりの美しさの中に大胆な 景色の出る焼き物で同じ作品は2度と出来ません。 陶器 サイズ　大　直径 8cm×高さ9.5cm 　　　　　小　直径 7cm×高さ9cm ところで土からどうしてやきものができるの？ 土練り ろくろの芯出し ろくろ成形 土の空気を追い出すために土練りをします。土の練った形が菊の花びらの様ですので、菊練りとといいます。 ろくろの台の上に真中心にならないと形が変形して、粘土が飛びます。 遠心力を利用して形をつくります。少しの力加減ですぐ変形します。 陰干しをして水分が抜けましたら天日に干し 素焼きをします。作品の大きさにもよりますが600度～800度で焼きます 釉薬掛け　素焼きが終わりましたら色付けのため薬をかけます。 本焼き　釉薬によって違いますが、1250度位で焼きます。作品は真っ赤に透き通ってドロドロになる寸前まで焼きます。陶芸作家　荒川　明作　虹色が美しい夫婦湯呑み　　送料無料 　　　　文部大臣奨励賞受賞　陶芸家　荒川明作 　　　　　　　　　　虹彩楽　夫婦湯のみ　　 湯のみ正面側の色変化が魅力的！これ以上ない程虹色が美しくできた湯呑 その他の湯のみはこちらから ▲虹色の美しい夫婦湯飲み ▲　正面反対　全く違う景色 ▲湯呑の中 ▲高台　 荒川　明の作品はやきもの好きのご両親、職場の上司に 還暦祝い、退職祝いに大変喜ばれております。 贈って喜ばれるその秘密は 色（釉薬）は荒川明が独自で研究開発し、実験しており1品限定作品です。 荒川　明独自に研究した珍しい7色の虹色　釉薬　（色付け）楽焼のできるまで 荒川明 流『虹彩楽焼』とは？　 永年楽焼に興味を持ち、自分流の楽焼を作りたいと考え、 釉薬、焼成方法を研究してまいりました。 ひょっとした発案より、現在1つの釉薬より青が主体で黄色、緑色が出ることを発見しました。焼成方法詳しくは秘密です。 1、色を付けのため荒川明の独自の釉薬掛け 現在はもう1つ黒が主体で1つの釉より、焼成方法により、虹色が出る楽焼きを完成させました。まだ焼成が難しく、同じ物は2度と出来ません。 最高温度で、引き出し、冷水に入れますので割れたりします。これらは、7色の虹の様ですので、『虹彩楽焼』と命名致しました。 2、燃えさかる炭の中に作品を入れて焼成します。 3、釉薬（色付け）が溶けるのを上から確認しましたら作品をとりだします 4、バケツに冷水入れておき作品をバケツにいれます。 水に入れるタイミングで、青が出たり、赤色が出ますので、大変難しい。 ※温度差1100度℃位ですので、破損率が非常に高い 荒川明本人の作品を製作から販売まで直接販売 製作から販売まで直接販売 ●荒川明自身が作品の選出を行い製作から販売まで 一貫して直接販売をしております。 ●土にこだわり釉薬にこだわり原料を直接吟味し 荒川自身が調合しております。 陶芸家としても評価されております。 美術年鑑掲載作家 文部大臣奨励賞受賞 1999年創造展第52回展にて文部大臣奨励賞受賞 NHKBSやきもの探訪出演  2000年NHKBSやきもの探訪出演
