日本代购-■第二類医薬品 ●メーカー 湧永製薬 ●薬効分類 鼻炎用点鼻薬 ●剤形 外用液剤 ●内容量 15ml ●広告文責 あずま薬局 薬剤師:東　一郎 ●使用上の注意 使用上の注意をよく読んだ上でそれに従い適切に使用すること ●お問い合わせ 06-6709-3528rakuten@kusurinet.co.jp フジビトール点鼻薬は、アレルギー性鼻炎や、副鼻腔炎などによる鼻づまりや鼻みずなどの症状に特におすすめできる医薬品です。 薬液を正確に、直接患部に噴霧できるよう、容器は定量スプレー式になっております。 また、香料には生薬・辛夷（シンイ）の精油を使用しており、香りもさわやかな点鼻薬です。 ●してはいけないこと。 1．長期連用しないで下さい。 ●相談すること 1．次の人は服用前に医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。 （1）医師の治療を受けている人 （2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人 （3）本人又は家族がアレルギー体質の人 （4）薬によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人 （5）次の症状のある人 　高血圧、心臓病、糖尿病、甲状腺機能障害、緑内障 2．次の場合は、直ちに服用を中止し、この説明文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。 （1）使用後、次の症状があらわれた場合 〔関係部位〕　皮ふ　〔症　　状〕　発疹・発赤、かゆみ 〔関係部位〕　鼻　〔症　　状〕　はれ、刺激感 （2）3日間位使用しても症状がよくならない場合。 急性鼻炎、 アレルギー性鼻炎又は副鼻腔炎による次の諸症状の緩和：鼻づまり、鼻みず（鼻汁過多）、くしゃみ、頭重。 〔年　齢〕　大人（15才以上）及び7才以上の小児 〔1回量〕　1〜2度噴霧 〔1日使用回数〕　1日に6回を限度として鼻腔内に噴霧します。 なお、適用間隔は3時間以上おいて下さい。 〔年　齢〕　7才未満の小児…使用させないで下さい （1）過度に使用すると、かえって鼻づまりを起こすことがあります。 （2）小児に使用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させて下さい。 （3）点鼻用にのみ使用して下さい。 （使用方法） 1．キャップとリングを取りはずします。 2．容器をまっすぐに立てて持ち、薬液が噴霧するまでゆっくりと数回押して下さい。 ★特に初回使用時には数回空（から）押しして下さい。 （初回使用時は、ポンプ内の空気を押し出し、薬液を満たす必要があります。） ★容器を激しく振らないで下さい。 （薬液内に気泡が発生しやすくなり噴霧不良の原因となります。） 3．容器をまっすぐに鼻腔内に入れ、静かに息を吸いながら噴霧します。 （噴霧した後、鼻腔内に容器の先端を入れたまま指の力を抜きますと、鼻みず等が容器内に吸い込まれて、薬液が汚染される原因となります。） ★鼻をよくかみ、通りをよくしてから使用して下さい。 ★噴霧時は、容器を横向きにならないようにして使用して下さい。 （薬液が霧状にならなかったり、液だれすることがあります。） 4．使用後は、先端を清潔なガーゼや布等でふき、キャップとリングをはめて保管して下さい。 ★先端（噴霧口）を針などで突かないで下さい。 　（故障の原因となりますし、折れた場合に大変危険です。） 〔成　分〕　塩酸ナファゾリン　 〔分量（100mL中）〕　50mg　 〔はたらき〕　鼻粘膜の充血をおさえ、腫れをとり、鼻の通りをよくします。 〔成分〕　マレイン酸クロルフェニラミン　 〔分量（100mL中）〕　100mg　 〔はたらき〕　抗ヒスタミン作用により、くしゃみ、鼻みず、鼻づまりをしずめます。 添加物としてポリソルベート80、パラベン、香料を含有します。 （1）直射日光の当たらない涼しい所に密栓して保管して下さい。 （2）小児の手の届かない所に保管して下さい。 （3）他の容器に入れ替えないで下さい。 　（誤用の原因になったり品質が変わります。） （4）他の人と共用しないで下さい。 （5）使用期限を過ぎた製品は使用しないで下さい。 本剤についてのお問い合わせは、お買い求めの販売店又は下記までご連絡をいただきますようお願い申し上げます。 ●湧永製薬株式会社　東京支社　お客様相談室 〒101-0062 東京都千代田区神田駿河台2丁目5−1 TEL：（03）3293−3363　（ダイヤルイン） 受付時間：9：00〜12：00/13：00〜17：00（土日祝日を除く） 製造販売元　湧永製薬株式会社 本社：大阪市淀川区宮原4丁目5−36
