日本代购-この商品はお1人様1つまでとさせていただきます特徴新ジキニン顆粒は、甘草（カンゾウ）エキス、解熱鎮痛剤アセトアミノフェン、鎮咳剤ジヒドロコデインリン酸塩などを配合した効き目のすぐれた総合感冒薬です。●解熱、鎮痛、抗炎症作用のほか、ジヒドロコデインリン酸塩とdl-メチルエフェドリン塩酸塩の配合により、鎮咳、去痰にもすぐれた作用を示します。●甘草の甘味により服用しやすく、また、携帯にも便利な分包顆粒です。効果・効能かぜの諸症状（せき、発熱、頭痛、鼻水、鼻づまり、くしゃみ、のどの痛み、たん、悪寒、関節の痛み、筋肉の痛み）の緩和。 用法・用量次の量を食後なるべく30分以内に服用してください。年齢:15才以上1回量:1包1日服用回数:3回年齢:12才以上15才未満1回量:2/3包1日服用回数:3回年齢:12才未満1回量:服用しないこと1日服用回数:服用しないこと<用法・用量に関連する注意>(1)小児に服用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。(2)本剤は水又はぬるま湯で服用してください。剤形顆粒成分・含量（1包1.5g中）ジヒドロコデインリン酸塩 8mg、dl-メチルエフェドリン塩酸塩 20mg、アセトアミノフェン 300mg、クロルフェニラミンマレイン酸塩 2.5mg、無水カフェイン 25mg、カンゾウ（甘草）エキス 150mg（原生薬換算量 750mg） 添加物としてタルク、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、D-マンニトール、ステアリン酸Mg、セルロース、白糖を含有します。 使用上の注意■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用・事故が起こりやすくなる。）1.次の人は服用しないでください。(1)本剤によるアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。(2)本剤又は他の風邪薬、解熱鎮痛薬を服用してぜんそくを起こしたことがある人。(3)12歳未満の小児。2.本剤を服用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も服用しないでください。他のかぜ薬、解熱鎮痛薬、鎮静薬、鎮咳去痰薬、抗ヒスタミン剤を含有する内服薬（鼻炎用内服薬、乗物酔い薬、アレルギー用薬）3.服用後、乗物又は機械類の運転操作をしないでください。（眠気があらわれることがある。）4.服用時は飲酒しないでください。5.長期連用しないでください。■相談すること1.次の人は服用前に医師又は薬剤師に相談してください。(1)医師又は歯科医師の治療を受けている人。(2)妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。(3)授乳中の人。(4)高齢者。(5)本人又は家族がアレルギー体質の人。(6)薬によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。(7)次の症状のある人。(8)次の診断を受けた人。甲状腺機能障害、糖尿病、心臓病、高血圧、肝臓病、腎臓病、胃・十二指腸潰瘍、緑内障2.次の場合は、直ちに服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談してください。(1)服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合。関係部位症状皮ふ発疹・発赤、かゆみ消化器悪心・嘔吐、食欲不振精神神経系めまいその他排尿困難まれに書きの重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。症状の名称症状ショック（アナフィラキシー）使用後すぐにじんましん、浮腫、胸苦しさ等とともに、顔色が青白くなり、手足が冷たくなり、冷や汗、息苦しさ等があらわれる。皮膚粘膜眼症候群（スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群）、中毒性表皮壊死症（ライエル症候群）高熱を伴って、発疹・発赤、火傷様の水ぶくれ等の激しい症状が、全身の皮ふ、口や目の粘膜にあらわれる。肝機能障害全身のだるさ、黄疸（皮ふや白目が黄色くなる）等があらわれる。間質性肺炎空せき（たんを伴わないせき）を伴い、息切れ、呼吸困難、発熱等があらわれる。（これらの症状は、かぜの諸症状と区別が難しいこともあり、空せき、発熱等の症状が悪化した場合にも、服用を中止するとともに、医師の診療を受けること。）偽アルドステロン症尿量が減少する、顔や手足がむくむ、まぶたが重くなる、手がこわばる、血圧が高くなる、頭痛等があらわれる。ぜんそく(2)5〜6回服用しても症状がよくならない場合。3.次の症状があらわれることがありますので、このような症状が継続又は増強が見られた場合には、服用を中止し、医師又は薬剤師に相談してください。便秘、口のかわき区分日本製・第（2）類医薬品お問合せ先全薬工業株式会社〒112-8650　東京都文京区大塚5-6-15お客様相談室 03-3946-3610受付時間：9：00〜17：00（土・日・祝祭日を除く）広告文責くすりの勉強堂TEL 0248-94-8718文責：薬剤師　薄葉 俊子■発売元：全薬工業株式会社
