日本代购-Fiano di Avellino 『ガンベロ・ロッソ2009』に初掲載で2007年ヴィンテージがトレ・ビッキエリ を獲得しただけでなく、『La Cantina Emergente (新進気鋭の醸造所)』にも選出。「ラピオのテロワールを完璧に表現した素晴らしいもの」と絶賛を受けた。フレッシュな果実や青いハーブとともに、フィアーノらしいアカシアの蜜やほのかなナッツの香りが豊かに広がる。甘く優しい果実を溌剌とした酸が支え、土壌由来のミネラルがくっきりとした輪郭を描く緊張感のある味わいである。 タイプ：白ワイン 産地：イタリア / カンパーニャ / 主要ブドウ品種：フィアーノ 余韻は長く、ほろ苦さが心地よい。ラピオのテロワール、そしてフィアーノの特性を完璧に表現した1本。 タイプ：白ワイン セパージュ：フィアーノ100% ヴィンテージ：2022 容量：750ml 熟成方法：ステンレスタンクで澱と共に10ヶ月。『ガンベロ・ロッソ2009』に初掲載で2007年ヴィンテージがトレ・ビッキエリ を獲得しただけでなく、『La Cantina Emergente (新進気鋭の醸造所)』にも選出。「ラピオのテロワールを完璧に表現した素晴らしいもの」と絶賛を受けた。フレッシュな果実や青いハーブとともに、フィアーノらしいアカシアの蜜やほのかなナッツの香りが豊かに広がる。甘く優しい果実を溌剌とした酸が支え、土壌由来のミネラルがくっきりとした輪郭を描く緊張感のある味わいである。 余韻は長く、ほろ苦さが心地よい。ラピオのテロワール、そしてフィアーノの特性を完璧に表現した1本。 特別な地、ラピオ 1940年代に絶滅の危機から救われたフィアーノは、ローマ時代まで栽培の歴史をさかのぼることができるカンパーニャ独自の古いブドウである。 ミツバチがブドウの甘い香りに誘われて集まるため、かつてアピアニス(ラテン語で『ミツバチに愛された』の意)と呼ばれていたこの品種から、今やカンパーニャを代表するD.O.C.G.のひとつ、フィアーノ・ディ・アヴェッリーノが生み出される。 ナポリから70kmほど内陸部に入ったアヴェッリーノ県の丘陵地帯を生産地域としているが、中でもロッカ・デル・プリンチペが醸造所と畑を構えるラピオはフィアーノの原産地とされ、『特別な地』として一目置かれている。 豊かな果実の中の『緊張感』 アリアニエッロの丘の北から西向き斜面に広がる所有畑の海抜は540-620mで、ラピオの中で最も高い場所にある。斜面上部のため、日照量は理想的で風通しも良く、よく熟した健康なブドウが得られる。また、地理的条件による涼しい気候と昼夜の寒暖差により酸度が高く保たれ、土壌からは豊かなミネラルが与えられる。 これらの特徴を最大限に備えたブドウを得るため、畑作業を入念に行い、収量もDOCG規定の約半分である30-35hl/haまで厳しく制限。ゆっくりと成熟するブドウに合わせ、収穫も10月と遅い。醸造・熟成の全行程にはステンレスタンクを使用。 ピエトラクーパやペリッロでもコンサルタントを務めたカルミネ・ヴァレンティーノ監修の下、特徴的な酸やミネラルの表現に重点を置き、ブドウの良さを感じさせる柔らかな果実の中にも気候・畑の位置・土壌が織りなす『緊張感』が感じられるワインを生み出している。
