日本代购-Maboroshi Vineyardの私市さんと奥様レベッカさんがソノマで造るオーガニックスパークリングワイン！マボロシ・ヴィンヤードレベッカ Kブリュット スパークリングMaboroshi VineyardRebecca KBrut Sparkling WineABOUTワイン：このスパークリングワインの名前"Rebecca K(レベッカ K)"は奥様"レベッカ・私市"さんのお名前なんです。このスパークリングワインの葡萄は、ワイナリーがあるソノマではなく、ソノマの北にあるMendocino Countyの"Anderson Valley(アンダーソン・ヴァレー)AVA"の畑の葡萄を主に使っています。アンダーソン・ヴァレーは、スパークリングワインとピノ・ノワールのワインで名前が知られていて、ナパ・ヴァレーのメルローを世界に広めた"DUCKHORN(ダックホーン)"が、Pinot Noirワインを造るために"Goldeneye(ゴールデンアイ)"という別ワイナリーを作ったAVAなんです。ダックホーン以外にも、フランスのシャンパーニュのグランメゾン"Louis Roederer(ルイ・ロデレール)"が作ったスパークリングワインのワイナリー"Roederer Estate(ロデレール・エステート)"もあります。その上、オーガニック栽培の葡萄を使ったオーガニックスパークリングワインなんです。WINES.CA.707テイスティングコメント：柑橘系の果実とトロピカルフルーツ系の香りがあります。クリーミーな泡立ちで、口当たりは柔らかく、長い余韻が楽しめます。天ぷら(揚げ物全般)カツレツ(揚げ物全般) きんぴらごぼう(シャキシャキした根菜類)Popo私市友宏さん畑右から 私市友宏さん・奥様レベッカさん・弊社CEO佐藤葡萄品種：　Chardonnay 60%　Pinot Noir 40%生産地・畑：　North Coast AVA　　(主に Anderson Valley AVA)熟成：瓶内2次発酵アルコール分：12.5%内容量：750ml"California Certified Organic Farmers"の認定を取得しています。アメリカで1番歴史のあるオーガニック農法認定団体です。今では、アメリカだけでなく、ヨーロッパでも認定された農家(ワイナリー)がいるほどです。◎ オーナー兼ワインメーカーは、大阪出身の私市友宏さんです。実家の老舗酒屋さんを継いでいた私市さんは、DRCのグランクリュ"La Tache(ラ・ターシュ)"を飲んだことでその後の人生が一変します。私市さんの中に「こんなワインを造ってみたい」という熱い思いが芽生えるのです。その思いに突き動かされ、私市さんは1991年に老舗酒屋さんの主人の地位を捨て、奥様レベッカさんと3歳の愛娘を連れて、フランスのブルゴーニュに旅立ったのです。着いたブルゴーニュで「働きたい」とワイナリーを訪ね歩き、5軒目で訪ねたジュヴレ・シャンベルタンの雄「ドメーヌ・アルマン・ルソー」で働き始めます。ここでオーナーであるシャルル・ルソー氏から「ワインの品質は葡萄が決める。葡萄の品質は良い土壌が決める」と教わった私市さんは、そんな農家・醸造家のなろうと誓います。しかし同時に、毎日の作業の中でフランスの決まった型通りのワイン造りを実感した私市さんは、フランス語が苦手な奥様の事も考え、新天地をカリフォルニアに求めることにしました。◎ 1992年にカリフォルニアのソノマに移住した私市さんは、UCデイヴィス校に奥様と入学。一年後に学位を得て、私市さんはまず 『ストーンストリート』 のセラー・ワーカーからキャリアをスタートさせます。その後、ヒールスバーグの 『ミシェル・シュランバージェ』 ではエノロジスト(ぶどうの栽培から、収穫、醸造、びん詰めに至るまでの全行程を科学的な側面から指揮し監督するスペシャリスト)も務めました。一方、醸造よりも葡萄栽培に惹かれたレベッカさんも、数多くのトップ醸造家、栽培家らと仕事を共にします。特に影響を受けたのがエリン・グリーンとヘレン・ターリーの二人だそうで、現在の彼女のワイン造りに対する考え方などに大きな影響を与えたそうです。そんなレベッカさんは、マボロシ・エステーツでは畑の管理に携わっています（また他ワイナリーではワインメーカーも務めています）。◎ 初リリースは'99年のメルローでしたが、同年にソノマのロシアン・リバー・ヴァレーに念願のピノ・ノワールの畑を取得。自らの畑で収穫したぶどうからのエステート・ピノ造りに力を注いでいます。こちらは'04年にファースト・ヴィンテージを迎えています。◎ 2012年には、"CCOF"のバイオダイナミックスの認証も取得しました。
