日本代购-【医薬品の使用期限】使用期限120日以上の商品を販売しております 【リスク区分】【指定第(2)類医薬品】 【商品名】コンプラックPCローションX 【商品規格】40ml 【商品説明】○本剤は、10成分のはたらきで、虫さされ、かゆみなどにすぐれた効果を発揮する、液体タイプのお薬です。 ○首の部分が曲がっていて、塗りにくい患部にもスポンジがピッタリと接し、手を汚さずに塗布できます。 ○プレドニゾロン吉草酸エステル酢酸エステル（PVA)は，「アンテドラッグ」のステロイド剤で，湿疹や皮ふ炎等の炎症を鎮めます。 ■「アンテドラッグ」とは？……皮ふ表面の患部で抗炎症作用を発揮したのち，体内に吸収されると低活性となる性質を持つ薬剤の総称です。そのため、ステロイド特有の副作用を起こしにくい特性をもっています。 【使用上の注意】■してはいけないこと 〈守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり，副作用が起こりやすくなります〉 1．次の部位には使用しないでください。 　（1）水痘（水ぼうそう），みずむし・たむし等又は化膿している患部 　（2）目の周囲，粘膜等 2．顔面には，広範囲に使用しないでください。 3．長期連用しないでください。 ■相談すること 1．次の人は使用前に医師，薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 　（1）医師の治療を受けている人 　（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人 　（3）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人 　（4）患部が広範囲の人 　（5）湿潤やただれのひどい人 2．使用後，次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性がありますので，直ちに使用を中止し，この説明文書を持って医師，薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 ［関係部位：症状］ 皮ふ：発疹・発赤，かゆみ，はれ，かぶれ，乾燥感，刺激感，熱感，ヒリヒリ感 皮ふ（患部）：みずむし・たむし等の白癬，にきび，化膿症状，持続的な刺激感 3．5〜6日間使用しても症状がよくならない場合は使用を中止し，この説明文書を持って医師，薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 効能・効果虫さされ，かゆみ，湿疹，皮膚炎，かぶれ，じんましん，あせも 【有効成分・分量】100mL中 成分分量 プレドニゾロン吉草酸エステル酢酸エステル0.15g ジフェンヒドラミン塩酸塩1.0g クロタミトン5.0g グリチルレチン酸0.2g イソプロピルメチルフェノール0.1g リドカイン1.0g dl-カンフル1.0g l-メントール3.5g 酢酸トコフェロール0.5g パンテノール1.0g 添加物1,3-ブチレングリコール，アジピン酸ジイソプロピル，乳酸，乳酸Na，イソプロパノール，エタノール 【効能・効果】虫さされ，かゆみ，湿疹，皮膚炎，かぶれ，じんましん，あせも 【用法・用量】1日数回，適量を患部に塗布してください。 用法関連注意 1．定められた用法・用量をお守りください。 2．小児に使用させる場合には，保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させてください。 3．目に入らないように注意してください。万一，目に入った場合には，すぐに水又はぬるま湯で洗ってください。なお，症状が重い場合には，眼科医の診療を受けてください。 4．本剤にはアルコールが含有されているため，塗布した時にしみることがあります。 5．本剤のついた手で，目など粘膜にふれないでください。 6．本剤は外用にのみ使用し，内服しないでください。 7．使用する際は，スポンジ部分をゆっくり患部に数回押し当てて，スポンジに薬液を十分しみ込ませてから塗布してください。（スポンジ面に薬液が十分しみ込んでいない状態で使用すると，スポンジが破損する場合があります。） また，スポンジ面に薬液をしみ込ませても，強く押し当てたまま塗布しますと，スポンジが破損する原因になりますのでご注意ください。 ※暑い時期など、内圧が高まり、薬液が多く出ることがありますので、ご使用前に、キャップを開けて容器を立てたまま、スポンジ部分を数回押してください。 【保管および取扱い上の注意】1．使用後は，速やかにキャップを十分にしめて，直射日光の当たらない涼しい所に立てて保管してください。（保管方法を守らないと，塗布部のスポンジ破損の原因になったり，液漏れにつながる恐れがあります。） 2．小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。 3．他の容器に入れ替えないでください。（誤用の原因になったり，品質が変わります。） 4．火気に近づけないでください。 5．時計，めがね等の金属類，プラスチック類，化学繊維類，皮革製品，塗装のしてある床・家具等に付着すると変質することがありますので，付着しないよう注意してください。 6．衣類に付着した場合は，なるべく早く水又は洗剤で洗ってください。 7．使用期限を過ぎた製品は使用しないでください。 【原産国】日本 【製造販売元】会社名：ジャパンメディック株式会社 問い合わせ先：お客様相談窓口 電話：076-438-1107 受付時間：月〜金（祝日・年末年始を除く）9：00〜17：00 製造販売元　ジャパンメディック（株） 住所：富山県富山市横越168 【広告文責】株式会社テイコク製薬社（電話：0120-86-3734） 【医薬品販売に関する記載事項はこちら】https://www.rakuten.co.jp/choumeicha/info.html
