日本代购-□商品説明 乙字湯は比較的体力があり、便が硬く便秘傾向の方のいぼ痔、きれ痔、軽度の脱肛などを改善します。肛門の炎症を鎮め、便をやわらかくする働きがあります。 本剤は漢方処方である乙字湯の生薬を抽出し、乾燥エキスとした後、服用しやすい錠剤としました。 【効能 効果】 体力中等度以上で、大便がかたく、便秘傾向のあるものの次の諸症:痔核(いぼ痔)、きれ痔、便秘、軽度の脱肛 【用法 用量】 次の量を食前又は食間に水又はお湯にて服用してください。 年齢・・・1回量・・・1日服用回数 成人(15才以上)・・・4錠・・・3回 7才以上15才未満・・・3錠・・・3回 5才以上7才未満・・・2錠・・・3回 5才未満・・・服用しないこと ＜用法用量に関連する注意＞ (1)小児に服用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。 (2)食間とは食後2~3時間を指します。 【成分 分量】 12錠中 乙字湯エキス(3/5量)1.92gを含有しています。 (日局トウキ・・・3.6g 日局オウゴン・・・1.8g 日局ショウマ・・・0.9g 日局サイコ・・・3.0g 日局カンゾウ・・・1.2g 日局ダイオウ・・・0.6g) 上記生薬量に相当します 添加物として、無水ケイ酸、ケイ酸Al、CMC-Ca、トウモロコシデンプン、ステアリン酸Mg、乳糖水和物を含有しています。 【使用上の注意】 ＜してはいけないこと＞ (守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用が起こりやすくなります) 1.本剤を服用している間は、次の医薬品を服用しないでください 他の瀉下薬(下剤) 2.授乳中の人は本剤を服用しないか、本剤を服用する場合は授乳を避けてください ＜相談すること＞ 1.次の人は服用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください (1)医師の治療を受けている人。 (2)妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。 (3)体の虚弱な人(体力の衰えている人、体の弱い人)。 (4)胃腸が弱く下痢しやすい人。 (5)高齢者。 (6)今までに薬などにより発疹・発赤、かゆみ等を起こしたことがある人。 (7)次の症状のある人。 むくみ (8)次の診断を受けた人。 高血圧、心臓病、腎臓病 2.服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性がありますので、直ちに服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください 関係部位・・・症状 皮膚・・・発疹・発赤、かゆみ 消化器・・・吐き気・嘔吐、食欲不振、はげしい腹痛を伴う下痢、腹痛 まれに下記の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。 症状の名称・・・症状 間質性肺炎・・・階段を上ったり、少し無理をしたりすると息切れがする・息苦しくなる、空せき、発熱等がみられ、これらが急にあらわれたり、持続したりする。 偽アルドステロン症、ミオパチー・・・手足のだるさ、しびれ、つっぱり感やこわばりに加えて、脱力感、筋肉痛があらわれ、徐々に強くなる。 肝機能障害・・・発熱、かゆみ、発疹、黄疸(皮膚や白目が黄色くなる)、褐色尿、全身のだるさ、食欲不振等があらわれる。 3.服用後、次の症状があらわれることがありますので、このような症状の持続又は増強が見られた場合には、服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください 下痢 4.1ヵ月位(きれ痔、便秘に服用する場合には5～6日間)服用しても症状がよくならない場合は服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください 5.長期連用する場合には、医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください 【保管及び取扱い上の注意】 (1)直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に密栓して保管してください。 (2)小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。 (3)他の容器に入れ替えないでください。(誤用の原因になったり品質が変わることがあります。) (4)吸湿しやすいため、服用のつどビンのフタをよくしめてください。 (5)本剤は生薬(薬用の草根木皮等)を原料として使用していますので、製品により色調等が異なることがありますが、効能・効果にはかわりありません。 (6)本剤をぬれた手で扱わないでください。水分が錠剤につくと、錠剤表面が変色したり、亀裂を生じることがあります。 (7)使用期限を過ぎた製品は服用しないでください。 【内容量】 60錠 【発売元、製造元、輸入元又は販売元】 ジェ-ピ-エス製薬 お客様相談室 神奈川県横浜市都筑区東山田4-42-22 045(593)2136　9:00-17:00(土、日、祝日を除く) ジェーピーエス製薬株式会社 製造販売元 栃木県芳賀郡芳賀町芳賀台196-1 発売元 横浜市都筑区東山田4-42-22 【ブランド】 JPS □JANコード 4987438060423 □商品区分・原産国または生産国 【第2類医薬品】・日本 広告文責　有限会社VISIONARYCOMPANY　 ドレミドラッグ　登録販売者　岩瀬　政彦 電話番号:072-866-6200 【医薬品販売における記載事項】 ※パッケージデザイン等は予告なく変更されることがあります。【C】
