日本代购-MIGAKIICHIGO MOUSSEUX[BOX]「ミガキイチゴ」とは宮城県山元町で"食べる宝石"をコンセプトに生まれた、ブランドイチゴのこと。 宮城県の最南端の沿岸にある山元町は、周囲を山と海に囲まれた小さな町。昼夜の寒暖差が大きく、春から夏にかけて、南西の冷たい風「山背(やませ）」が吹き、まさにイチゴ栽培に必要な条件が全て揃った土地です。もともとイチゴ栽培が基幹産業のひとつであり、平野部には多くのイチゴ農家が畑を並べていました。しかし、2011年に起こった東日本大震災の津波により、約9割の農家が壊滅的な被害を受けました。震災の復興ボランティアとして発足した農業生産法人GRAは、一日も早い復興と、周辺事業も含めた町の産業全体のさらなる発展に向けて、震災のわずか4カ月後から、イチゴ栽培を復活させるための活動をスタートしました。山元町は震災前から過疎化の問題を抱えており、そこで、目指したのは単なる原状回復ではなく、イチゴ栽培を山元町を支える産業とすること。キーワードは、農業のIT化とイチゴのブランド化でした。 そのため、熟練職人の経験に依存する栽培方法ではなく、誰もが一様に栽培できるシステムを確立することを目指しました。農林水産省と連携して新しく建設された園芸施設は、IT技術により施設内の環境を綿密にコントロールすることで天候に影響されず高品質のイチゴを安定して育てることを可能にしました。収穫においては、経験豊富な熟練職人の出番。イチゴマイスターと呼ばれる職人たちが完熟のタイミングを見極め、一番美味しい瞬間を逃さず丁寧に摘み取ります。 甘さ、香り、食感、大きさ、形、輝き、色すべてにこだわり、大切に育てられ、糖度20度とまるでお菓子のように甘いミガキイチゴは最高で1粒1,000円という高値で販売されており、ブランドイチゴとしての確固たる地位を確立しました。 2012年より栽培が始まり、1年後の2013年には、グッド・デザイン賞を受賞。「"食べる宝石"というシンプルなコンセプト、それを実現する完成度と一貫性がある。」と高い評価を得ています。 その"食べる宝石"ミガキイチゴだけを使用した贅沢なスパークリングワインがこの、ミガキイチゴ・ムスー。規格外のサイズというだけで、イチゴ単体で販売できない粒を活用し、今までにない商品を作るプロジェクトがスタート。イメージしたのは「手にした人が笑顔になり、その笑顔が循環していくもの」。その答えが大切な人と囲むテーブルを、より特別なものにする「スパークリングワイン」でした。純国産の本格派をコンセプトに、山梨県にある日本でも有数の醸造所と協力し、2013年にイチゴ100％で造った、ミガキイチゴ・ムスーを完成させました。 外観は艶のある淡いサーモンピンク。色合いからは意外なほどにグラスに注いだ瞬間、甘酸っぱくフレッシュなイチゴのアロマがよく香ります。香料や着色料は一切使用しておらず、イチゴが持つ本来の風味と味わいを抽出し、上品な甘味が心地よい、やや甘口に仕上げています。ナチュラルなフルーツの風味が口の中いっぱいに広がり、しっかりとしたバブルが後味を爽やかに引き締めます。香り、味わい、余韻が調和しており、ワイン通の方にも一度はお試しいただきたい、ワインとしての完成度が高い1本です。 お料理との相性もぴったりなので、ウエルカムドリンクやデザートワインとしてだけでなく、食事と一緒に楽しんでいただけます。冷蔵庫で6〜8℃に十分に冷やしてお楽しみください。 特製の化粧箱にはシルバーに輝くミガキイチゴのマーク、蓋をあけるとイチゴを連想させる赤いカラー。ラベルにはミガキイチゴが生まれた地、山元町の象徴である阿武隈山地が描かれた、細部まで丁寧に造られたパッケージで、贈り物にも最適です。
