日本代购-商品詳細 商品詳細 ワインはその嗜好性や芸術性、多様性等において、しばしば音楽に例えられますが、「ジェラール・メッツ」の当主エリック・カジミールは、両者の関連性を独自に高めた哲学に基づくワイン造りを行っています。 　シャンパーニュ・オーブ地方にRM「ミッシェル・コロン」を運営するコロン家出身の彼が、ランスで看護婦をしていた奥さんと結ばれ、奥さんの実家であるこのアルザスのドメーヌに来たのは1989年。ストラスブールとコルマールのちょうど中間辺り、イッテルスヴィレ村の地において義父となったのは、数多のワインメディアから激賞を浴びた名人ジェラール・メッツでした。偉大な義父より栽培と醸造の極意を叩き込まれながら、シャンパーニュ地方の栽培管理を応用した厳格な収量制限を取り入れるなど独自の改革も行い、1996年、晴れて正式にドメーヌを継承しました。 　幼少時よりフルートとギターを習い始めたエリックは、音楽に熱中した多感な青年時代を過ごしました。「ロック、ポップス、モッズ、パンク、ヘヴィメタ、ジャズ、クラシックまで、のめり込みました。母は一時期の私の髪型を見て卒倒しそうになりました（笑）」。 　「ワイン造りに携わるようになってすぐに、これは音楽とまったく同じだと気づきました。ピアノ曲などの演奏で考えると分かりやすいですが、楽曲は、テロワール。アルザスのような土壌の複雑さや古樹は、和音の数が増えるといったような音楽性の高まり。演奏者は、醸造家。楽曲を尊重しながらも自らのイマジネーションをもって解釈し、修練を積んで演奏する。楽曲の素晴らしさと演奏者の心技が一体となった時、言葉では表現できない何かが、五感に響いてきます」。 　また彼は、醸造所に本格的なオーディオシステムを装備しており、高音質の音楽を聴きながら仕事をすることにこだわっています。 　「醸造家の精神状態は、仕事の質に直結します。音楽は、私の心を常に穏やかに保ち、幸せな気持ちで仕事をさせてくれます。その心のありようは、きっとワインにも伝わっていると思います。「ピアノソナタ第11番イ長調（第3楽章が「トルコ行進曲」）」をはじめとして、モーツァルトが特に好きです」。 　「思えば義父ジェラール・メッツの教えも、五感で感じなさい、というものでした。気候の変化を肌で感じる、畑や樹々の個性を全身で感じる、発酵の様態を体で感じる。大事なことはすべて、言葉では説明できません」。 　ラベルの楽譜は、このドメーヌ初のグランクリュ、「Riesling Grand Cru Muenchberg 1991」の完成を祝して、オペラの演奏で名高い「ストラスブール管弦楽団」に所属していた友人が作曲してくれたワルツからのもので、2009年ヴィンテージより、すべてのワインのラベルに採用されています。 　「心地よい和音のようなハーモニー（調和）とふくよかさが感じられ、飲むと自分の好きな音楽が自然に聞こえてくるようなワインを造りたいと思っています」。 粘土石灰質土壌。平均樹齢約15年。ステンレスタンクで5ヶ月間熟成。辛口。この作品はいわゆるエデルツヴィッカーで、「ラベル右下に 「d’accord parfait （完璧なる調和）」と記したとおり、味に自信を持っています。一般的なフランス人にとって、エデルツヴィッカー＝安かろう不味かろうというイメージがあまりにも強いので、エデルツヴィッカーと名乗るのをやめました。アルザス5品種の絶妙なるハーモニーを、ぜひご賞味ください」。ラベルは、デザイナーを志してパリで勉強に励んでいる長男のヴィルジル君がデザインしました。「1950年代風です。今日のようにストレス過多でなく、みんながもっと楽しんでいた、あのクールな時代をモチーフにしました」（以上、エリック・カジミール）。 果実酒　　 生産国　フランス 生産地域　アルザス地方 分類　AOC　アルザス 生産者　ジェラール・メッツ ぶどう品種　シルヴァネール40%、ミュスカ20%、オークセロワ20%、リースリング10%、ゲヴュルツトラミネール10% 生産年　NV年(VTは予告ナシに変更する場合がございます。予めご了承下さい) 酸化防止剤　亜硫酸塩 アルコール度数　12%未満 容量　750ml 「お酒は20歳から！未成年者への酒類の販売は固くお断りしています！」
