日本代购-Information 品名 ポム ドール シードル スペリュール リュー ド ヴァン ワイン名（原語） Pomme d'Or Rue de Vin タイプ 白（シードル）・辛口 内容量 750ml 産地 日本・長野県 品種 ふじりんご 商品説明 シャンパンと同じ瓶内二次発酵を用いた味わい深い傑作シードル 地元東御市産のふじリンゴを使用。原酒は12か月以上の熟成を経てブレンドされ、シャンパーニュと同じ瓶内二次発酵を行うという時間と手間が掛けられています。それ故の従来のシードルのイメージを覆す、深く厚みのある味わい。小山さんこだわりの1本です。 備考 気温の高い時期はクール便での配送をお勧めいたします。 ワイン（750ml）なら12本まで同梱可能です。 ビール（350ml前後）は48本まで同梱可能です。 ワインの品質保持の為、気温の高い時期はクール便（別途300円）をおすすめします。 送料無料商品の場合も、クール便は別途300円の手数料を加算させて頂きます。　Rue de Vin　リュー・ド・ヴァン 長野県東御市でワイン生産を通じた地域活性化を目指す高い志の造り手 ゼロから開墾した自社畑 小山英明氏は元エンジニア。 山梨、長野のワイナリーでの経験を経て、長野県東御市に自らのワイナリーを立ち上げました。 千曲川に沿うように開けたなだらかな斜面はかつてはりんご農園として栄えた場所。 それが農業従事者の減少によって人の手が入らなくなり、今では鬱蒼とした雑木林に姿を変えてしまいました。 小山氏はそんな耕作放棄地を自ら開墾し、豊かな農地を取り戻すべく葡萄の木を植え育て、ワインを造り始めました。 現在も畑の周りに広がる雑木林を指して、「今畑がある場所も最初はこんな状態でした」と語る氏が開墾に費やした労苦は想像を絶するものでしょう。 ワイン生産を通じて東御の地域活性化を目指す ワイナリーの名前となっている「リュー・ド・ヴァン」は直訳すると「ワイン通り」。 そこには小山氏のある想いを込められています。 それは現在のワイナリーの周りにぶどう畑やワイナリーが次々と増え、この東御が一大ワイン生産地として活性化すること。 東御がフランスはブルゴーニュ地方コート・ドールのように、いつか日本の“黄金の丘”と呼ばれる日を目指すその想いが実現した時にはどんな素晴らしい光景が待っているのでしょうか。 豊かな生態系を作りだすブドウ栽培 健全な葡萄を育てるために、過度な農薬や肥料を使用せず、地面には草花が生い茂り、樹上には多くの昆虫が、土壌には多くの微生物が暮す豊かな生態系を作り出すことを実践しています。 畑には現在はシャルドネ、ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン、メルロー、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、ピノ・ノワールなどが育っています。 その他にもいくつかの実験品種を育てています。 2015年3月時点では5.3haにまで自社畑を広げ、もちろん全て自身で開墾したものです。 ワイナリーにはカフェ併設 ワイナリーには土日営業のカフェが併設されており、リュー・ド・ヴァンのワインと共に美味しい料理を楽しむことが出来ます。 カフェからの眺望も素晴らしく、ブドウ畑の中で時間を忘れてゆっくりと癒されることが出来ます。 日本トップクラスを目指す高品質ワイン リュー・ド・ヴァンのワインは数ある日本ワインの中でも決して安い方ではありません。 高品質の自社畑産ブドウの栽培、衛生管理の徹底された醸造設備、高い技術と豊富な知識によって、少量ながらも妥協なきワイン造りをしているのがその理由です。 私が受けた小山氏の印象は、情熱的であると同時に論理的な栽培家であり醸造家。 ワイン造りにおける感覚の大切さを説きながらも、畑から醸造所、果ては出荷用段ボールに至るまですべてに明確で論理的な説明があります。 そして、決して現在が完成形ではなく、まだまだこれから伸びていく、改善していくという貪欲な探究心を感じました。 現在でも素晴らしい品質の小山氏のワインが5年後、10年後にどのような変貌をこの東御の地とともに遂げていくのか、見届けていきたいと思います。 （写真　上：カフェ・リュードヴァン　下：小山氏と店長久保）
