日本代购-Information 品名 シャサーニュ モンラッシェ ブラン トマ モレ ワイン名（原語） Chassagne Montrache Blanc Thomas Morey タイプ 白ワイン・辛口 内容量 750ml 産地 フランス・ブルゴーニュ 品種 シャルドネ 商品説明 ミネラルに富み、背筋の通ったエレガントな白ワイン造りで人気を集めるトマ・モレ。 スタンダード・キュヴェであるこの村名格でもそのスタイルははっきりと感じ取ることが出来ます。1989年植栽の比較的樹齢の高いものと若木のニュアンスがバランスよく調和。砂糖漬けの黄色いフルーツ、白い花などが見事に融合した香り。ジューシーな果実感がありながら、ミネラル感と豊かな酸味によって均整の取れたスタイルを保っています。 備考 気温の高い時期はクール便での配送をお勧めいたします。　トーマス・モレ　Thomas MOREY DRCのモンラッシェの栽培責任者を務めた白のスペシャリスト 偉大なる父ベルナール・モレの次男 ベルナール・モレの息子であるヴァンサン（兄）とトマ（弟）は偉大なる父と共にこれまでドメーヌの運営に携わってきました。 弟のトーマスは以前、カリフォルニアのワイナリー"Sonoma-Cutrer"で修行を積み、その間ヴァンサンは父の下でシャサーニュに残り、互いに研鑽を積んでいました。 そして2007年産からベルナール所有の畑を息子達に分割し、それぞれのラベルでリリースする事となりました。 父のベルナール氏はこれまで通りワイン造りに携わり、息子たちの手本として、また良きライバルとしてその手腕を振るいます。 同銘柄で異なるラベルは相続した区画が異なるからです。 共にモダンでスタイリッシュなラベルもさることながら、互いの方向性に関しても今後の動向が注目されています。 DRCのモンラッシェの栽培をかつて担当 トマの卓越した才能に着目したのが、DRC（ドメーヌ・ド・ラ・ロマネコンティ）の共同オーナー、オベール・ド・ヴィレーヌ氏でした。 トマは自らのドメーヌと並行して、2007年〜2009年の3年間にわたり、DRCのモンラッシェの栽培責任者を務め、まさにブルゴーニュ白ワインの頂点となるブドウを自らの手で作り出していたのです。 自身のドメーヌの人気が高まるにつれ、残念ながらDRCの職は忙しさのあまり自ら退くこととなりましたが、ここでの経験は何にも代えがたい貴重なものであったと語っています。 DRCメソッドを惜しみなく取り入れた素晴らしい白 DRCでの3年間の経験を生かし、栽培から醸造の細部に至るまでDRCの手法をすべて取り入れています。 白は発酵後、フランソワ・フレールとダミーの樽で熟成。樽は350リットルと228リットルのものを併用。 翌年の収穫直前の瓶詰めを待ちます。 新樽比率は30％前後に抑え、父ベルナールや兄ヴァンサンとは異なるスタイルの活力があり、骨格がしっかりとした、エレガントでフィネス溢れるワインを生み出しています。 グランクリュのバタール・モンラッシェを筆頭に、数多くのプルミエ・クリュもシャサーニュ・モンラッシェ村を中心に所有。 特にピュリニーのトリュフュイエールやシャサーニュのダン・ド・シアン（2024時点、植え替えのためしばらく生産中止）やヴィド・ブルスなど特級に肉迫するプルミエはドメーヌの宝石。 どのワインをとってもスタイルが貫徹されており、失望することはありません。 また一方でコート・ド・ボーヌの赤ワインも生産しており、こちらはコストパフォーマンスに優れた隠れた名品。 生産量は多くありませんが見つけ出す価値があります。 2024年秋、ドメーヌを訪問させて頂きました 2024年秋に幸運にもドメーヌを訪問し、トマ・モレさんご本人からお話を伺うチャンスに恵まれました。 セラーの中はいままで見てきた数多くのドメーヌと比較してもトップクラスに清潔感があり、美しさすら漂う雰囲気でした。 理想とするワインのスタイルはミネラル、酸味、エネルギーそれぞれが充溢したバランスの取れたものと教えて頂き、テイスティングしたワインはどれもがクラス毎にそれをしっかりと体現したものでした。 長時間に渡るテイスティング中、質問には全て丁寧に答えて下さり、とても素晴らしい体験をさせて頂いたことを心より感謝しています。
