日本代购-Information 品名 シュペートブルグンダー フォン ロス フランツ ケラー ワイン名（原語） Sptburgunder Vom Loss Franz Keller タイプ 赤ワイン・ミディアムボディ 内容量 750ml 産地 ドイツ・バーデン 品種 シュペートブルグンダー（ピノ・ノワール） 商品説明 主にバスガイゲとオーバーベルゲン周囲の畑のブドウを使用。平均樹齢は15-20年で、土壌は黄土(ロス)。ストロベリーやチェリーといった甘やかな赤系果実のアロマ。フレッシュな果実味と心地よい酸を持つピノノワールで、適度なタンニンも楽しめる。ピュアでワインに一体感があり、滋味深い味わいです。 -ワインアドヴォケイト 91点 備考 気温の高い時期はクール便での配送をお勧めいたします。　フランツ・ケラー　Franz Keller Gault&Millau2019「ワインメーカー・オブ・ザ・イヤー」を獲得、ドイツのアイヒェルマン誌で最高の5つ星評価を得る生産者 ドイツにおけるピノ・ノワールの聖地 ドイツ最南端に位置するバーデン地方はドイツで最も暖かいエリアで、ライン川の対岸にはストラスブールやミュールーズといったアルザスの街並みを臨むことができる。 ブドウ畑は南北に約400km細長く伸びており、ドイツにおけるピノ・ノワールの聖地として知られている。 その中でも注目すべきは中央やや南寄りのエリア、原始時代の火山活動によって標高が550m程まで隆起しているカイザーシュトゥール地区である。 フランツケラーは同地区のフォークツブルク・オーバーベルゲン村に位置する家族経営のワイナリー。 1893年にワイン貿易商として創業して以来、長きにわたり高品質なワインを輸入し世の中に紹介してきた。 現4代目当主のフリッツ・ケラーはワイン生産者である一方、高品質なボルドーとブルゴーニュに特化したワイン商でもある。 目利きをし、本物を見極めた上で仕入れるからこそ、ケラーの造るワインにもその一流の品格が表れ、エレガントな味わいが形成されている。 ワイナリーでは現在約30haの自社畑を所有し、これに加えて買いブドウ畑が30ha。 エントリークラスのグーツワインと一部の一級畑エアステ・ラーゲは自社ブドウと買いブドウのブレンドで、特級畑グローセス・ゲヴェックスは自社ブドウのみで造られている。 土壌は色の濃い火山性土壌がメインでこれがワインに独特なミネラルとスモーキーさを与えている。 その他はロス、ロームに加えて一部チョークも見られる。 料理と合わせる為の、すべての人にとって魅力的なワイン 現在はフリッツの息子であり、ブルゴーニュのポール・ピヨやドニ・モルテで修行をしたフレードリッヒが醸造責任者となっており、畑では除草剤、殺虫剤、化学肥料は使用しない。 醸造では、白はフレッシュな果実を保つために除梗せずにプレスし、ステンレスタンクとオークの大樽を使い分けて熟成させる。 赤では1/3程度を全房発酵し、マセラシオンの最中はピジャージュではなくルモンタージュを行うことで、エレガントな果実味を引き出す。 その後バリックでの熟成では、全てブルゴーニュの一流樽メーカー（フランソワ・フレールやタランソーなど）のみを使用する。 焼き目はミディアムまでに抑え、果実とバランスよく調和させて決して樽が強く出すぎることないよう意識する。 フランツ・ケラーのワインは単体でも勿論良いが料理と合わせることでより一層その魅力が花開く。 フリッツ自身がミシュラン一つ星のレストラン・シュヴァルツ・アドラーの経営者でもあることから、ワインは一部の人たちの限られた嗜好品ではなく、あくまでも料理のそばにあって全ての人が楽しむものというメッセージが飲み手にはっきりと伝わってくる。 ピュアで明快な味わいはどれも素晴らしい品質であるが、策を凝らしたような仰々しさは一切なく、凝縮感がありながらも同時に快活でエレガントな余韻が楽しめる。 ワイン・アドヴォケイト誌は『バーデンで最も素晴らしいピノ・ノワールを造る生産者』と絶賛、ゴー・ミヨ誌では2019年ついに親子で「ワインメーカー・オブ・ザ・イヤー」に選出された。 地元ドイツのアイヒェルマン誌で最高の5つ星評価。 ドイツにとどまらず「最高のピノ・ノワールの造り手」として見逃すべきではない生産者である。
