日本代购-Information 品名 ジュヴレ シャンベルタン 1er コンブ オー モワンヌ　ルシアン ル モワンヌ ワイン名（原語） GEVREY CHAMBERTIN 1ER CRU COMBE AUX MOINES Lucien le Moine タイプ 赤ワイン・フルボディ 内容量 750ml 産地 フランス・ブルゴーニュ 品種 ピノ・ノワール 商品説明 ジュブレの偉大なプルミエが集まる北側斜面の畑のひとつ。カズティエやクロ・サン・ジャックと並びジュヴレ・シャンベルタンの一級畑の中でも最上と評価される秀逸な畑です。 備考 気温の高い時期はクール便での配送をお勧めいたします。　LUCIEN Le MOINE　ルシアン・ル・モワンヌ ブルゴーニュの超優良生産者のワインのみを厳選、究極のプレミアムワインに特化したネゴシアン 多くの超優良生産者と独自のネットワークを構築 ムニール・サウマ氏はモンペリエのENSAM校にてブドウ栽培と醸造学を学びました。 その後、6年間に渡り、フランス各地およびカリフォルニアで栽培と醸造の仕事に従事。 古くから伝わる伝統的な栽培方法や醸造、熟成に大いに興味を持ち、刺激を受けました。 サウマ氏は自らの経験を基に構築した独自の考えを実現するために、ロテム夫人と小さなセラーを作り、1999年にルシアン・ル・モワンヌを設立しました。 ブルゴーニュに住み、ワイン造りの勉強と経験を何年にも渡って重ねるうちに多くの優良な生産者に出会い、彼らと良好な友好関係を築くことに成功。彼らの所有する極めて高い品質の区画にある畑のワインを少量ずつ購入することができるようになりました。 プルミエとグラン・クリュだけ、それもわずかに100樽のみ生産 ルシアン・ル・モワンヌは、驚くべきことにコート・ドールにあるプルミエ・クリュとグラン・クリュのワインだけを生産しています。 各村の最上の区画から、ヴィンテージごとの作柄状況に合わせて、最高のワインに仕上げます。生産量は100樽を超えることは決してなく、サウマ氏とロテム夫人の自らの手によるハンドメイドの許容量までしか造らない、というまさに少量生産に徹する異色のネゴシアンです。 そのため、日本国内でも決して流通量が多くなく、そのほとんどが星付きレストランをはじめとするグランメゾンに買い占められてしまう為、一般にはあまり知られていません。 醸造の初期から自らの手で育て上げるこだわり ワインはプレスが終了したばかりでまだ、ジュース・ワインの段階のとても早い時期に試飲をし、選定、購入。 つまり、ネゴシアンと言っても、ワインの生産工程の早い時期から独自の方法でワインを育て上げるということです。 熟成に使用するオーク樽はヴィンテージや区画の特徴に合わせて、その都度、友人でもある樽製造者に細かく指示するほどのこだわりです。 さらに、モンラッシェやリシュブール、シャンベルタン・クロ・ド・ベーズなど誰もが羨むような畑のブドウを買うと言うのはそうそうできることではありません。 サウマ氏が長年培ってきた農家との信頼関係こそ、誰にも真似できないワインを造れる秘密のひとつなのかも知れません。 100年前の醸造方法をベースにした独自のワイン作り サウマ氏のワイン造りは一般の造り手と異なりとても特徴的。 なんと彼は今ほど醸造技術が発達していなかった100年前の醸造方法をベースにワイン造りを行っています。 例えば、基本的に醸造中は亜硫酸を添加しません。 また、オリとワインの接触をとても大事に考えており、オリ引きもせずに24か月もの長期間に渡って樽熟成をさせます。 これはブルゴーニュ中でも最も長いであろう熟成期間だそうです。 このことによって、ワインは酸化しにくい強い酒質を手に入れるとのこと。 一般の造り手からすれば、これは非常にリスクの高い醸造方法で、品質安定が難しく、簡単に真似できるようなものではありません。 そんなモワンヌのワインは国内外の専門家から非常に高い評価を得ており、『Wine & Spirits 2008』においては、Winery of the yearを獲得。 R・パーカー氏のアドヴォケイト誌をはじめとする専門誌でも常に高得点を獲得しています。
