日本代购-Information 品名 VDF ルージュ BT ヤン ドゥリュー ワイン名（原語） Vin de France Rouge BT Yann Durieux タイプ 赤ワイン・ミディアムボディ 内容量 750ml 産地 フランス・ブルゴーニュ 品種 ピノ・ノワール 商品説明 オート・コート・ド・ニュイから徹底的にテロワールの可能性を引き出し、緻密な栽培によって驚くべきワインを生み出すヤン・ドゥリュー。 はっきりとナチュラルなニュアンスを感じますが、フィリップ・パカレやプリューレ・ロックともまた異なるニュアンスもあり、独自の個性を光らせています。 サヴィニー・レ・ボーヌの入り口に位置するAux Boutieresと言う区画のブドウを使用したワイン。石灰岩の混じる粘土質土壌で、標高300mの南向き区画から収穫された樹齢50年超のピノ・ノワール。1〜3年樽で24か月熟成。 ※ヴァン・ド・フランスのため、ヴィンテージ表記は裏ラベル下部の記号にて識別となります。 備考 気温の高い時期はクール便での配送をお勧めいたします。　ヤン・ドゥリュー　Yann Durieux プリューレ・ロックで修業した新世代ナチュラル・ブルゴーニュ 2010年に誕生した明るく才能に溢れた若手生産者。 それがヤン ドゥリューです。 テロワールという絶対的ヒエラルキーが存在するブルゴーニュおいて、伝統や形式に囚われる事なく、純粋な気持ちで畑に向き合い、その繊細な表現力を精彩にワインに映しとる彼は人柄もワインも「オープン マインド」という言葉がぴったりな快活なヴィニュロンです。 ヤン ドゥリューは、オート コート ド ニュイのエリアでニュイ サン ジョルジュとアロース コルトンの間に位置するヴィレ＝ラ＝フェイ村を中心にワイン造りを行なっています。 2010年がデビューとなるヴィンテージで、3haほどの広さの畑から革命的なワインを生み出しています。 ジュアリン ギュイヨの下で7年間ワイン造りを学び、その後、DRC社の共同経営者としても知られるアンリ フレデリック ロック氏のドメーヌ プリューレ ロックで2008年から栽培を担当しています。 彼は、自身のワインをリリースするようになってからもプリューレ ロックでの仕事を続けていて、ロックでの仕事を終えた後や休日などを利用してブドウを育て、ワイン造りに取り組む情熱ある生産者です。 ヤン ドゥリューは、ブルゴーニュでも比較的注目されていない土地の中から、可能性を秘めたテロワールを発掘し、その土地で素晴らしいワインを生み出すことに情熱を注いでいます。 オート コートという格下に見られがちなこの土地で、徹底的してテロワールの可能性を引き出し、従来の常識を凌駕するワインをファーストヴィンテージから生み出すことに成功したのです。 その秘密はやはり栽培にあります。 ロックで栽培を担当しているだけあって自然なアプローチでの栽培に習熟しており、さらには古き先達の話をよく聞き、実際の経験とも融合させて独自の栽培哲学を備えています。 その実践の場が自身の畑です。 収穫量を徹底的に抑える（最低でも25hl/haを超えないようにする）こと、丁寧にブドウが熟すように収穫を遅くすること、遅い収穫時期であっても過熟にならないように剪定の時期をギリギリまで遅らせブドウの生育サイクルを導くことなど、プリューレ ロックにおいてでさえリスクを考えて避ける方法であってもヤン ドゥリューは挑戦します。 つまりロックのグランクリュ畑で行われる仕事と同レベル、いやそれ以上にリスクを取った栽培をオート コート ド ニュイのピノ ノワールやシャルドネ、アリゴテで実践しているのです。 あらゆる要素が完璧なバランスのブドウから造られるワインは、豊富なミネラルと芯のある果実味があり、非常に端正で美しさのある味わいとなっており、不安定さとは無縁。 ロックやパカレに通じる雰囲気もありますが、その偉大な先輩たちすらも持っていない「明るさ」も備えていて、気難しさはなく常に外向的で人懐っこい味わいを楽しませてくれます。 ヤン ドゥリューのワインの特徴は味わいだけではありません。 メインラベルにはアペラシオンなどの記載がなく、パンクやロック、ヘビーメタル、クラブミュージックを思わせるような斬新なデザインのエチケットを採用している点です。 これはオート コート ド ニュイやブルゴーニュ アリゴテといったアペラシオンが格下であるといったイメージや先入観を持って飲むのではなく、真っ白な心で飲んで中身の実力で評価してほしいという彼からのメッセージであり、挑戦でもあります。
