日本代购-Information 品名 ムルソー ル クロマン / ピエール ジラルダン ワイン名（原語） Pierre Girardin / Meursault Le Cromin タイプ 白ワイン・辛口 内容量 750ml 産地 フランス・ブルゴーニュ 品種 シャルドネ 商品説明 空気圧式プレス(強いプレス)。456Lバリックで1ヶ月発酵。456Lバリック12ヶ月後、ステンレスタンクで5〜6ヶ月。清澄、無濾過。 備考 気温の高い時期はクール便での配送をお勧めいたします。　ピエール・ジラルダン　Pierre Girardin ヴァンサン・ジラルダンの息子ピエールが立ち上げたワイナリー 偉大な父から承継した畑、知識、技術に加え、子供の頃から培った類稀な経験とセンスによって果たした鮮烈なデビュー ピエール・ジラルダンはかの有名なヴァンサン・ジラルダンの息子で家系の13世代目にあたる。 ヴァンサンは、幼いころから父の背中を見てセラーで育ってきたピエールに対し、いつしか自分が持つ最上の畑(ムルソー、ピュリニー、ボーヌなどを含む4.5ha)を渡そうと考えており、2011年ワイナリーを売却した後に息子に引き渡した。 ピエールはこの秘蔵の畑に加えて、父が一流のブドウ栽培者たちと結んだ長期契約のおかげでシャサーニュ、コルトン・シャルルマーニュ、アロース・コルトンなどの素晴らしいブドウを手にすることができ、ポートフォリオを拡充。2017年のファーストヴィンテージとともにその歴史が幕を開けた。 舌の肥えたブルゴーニュ愛好家の前に突如として現れた新星は瞬く間に業界に衝撃を与えることになる。 新しいドメーヌというのは通常自身のやり方を確立し磨きをかけるのに時間が必要で、自分らしさを100%出しきるためには学びとトライアンドエラーのステップがどうしても必要になる。 しかしながら、ピエールには偉大な父がいたこと、幼い頃からセラーで過ごしてきたという類まれな経験と並外れた才能があったことから、ファーストヴィンテージにして自身のスタイルへの明確なビジョンがすでに備わっている。 その年齢は何と21歳というのだから驚きである。 偉大な父を持つピエールは特に周囲からの期待も高かったであろうことが容易に想像できるが、プレッシャーをもろともせずにファーストリリースで結果を出すところにスター性が垣間見える。 父とも異なるスタイル。現代的なミネラリーでシルキーなワイン。 ピエールのフィロソフィーは「コート・ドールのテロワールに謙虚に寄り添い、その個性を表現すること」。 このため畑作業は極力自然のままをモットーに、土壌に関してはそれぞれの区画を年に6〜8回耕すのみ。 除草剤や農薬は使用せず、認証はないもののオーガニック農法が取り入れられている。 収穫からボトリングまであらゆる細部にこだわり、特に熟成樽に関してはフランソワ・フレール社に頼んで456Lの特注サイズをカスタムオーダー。 数多くのワインを試飲した結果、ワインのフレッシュさとピュアさを保つのにベストなサイズであると判断した。 また、通常（228L）よりも大きいサイズを選ぶことで新樽の影響を控えめにする狙いもある。 彼が求めるスタイルは過度に凝縮した味の濃いワインではなく、あくまでもブルゴーニュの持つミネラルが前面に感じられる、精巧でバランスの取れたワイン。 赤に関しては、空気圧式で優しく丁寧にプレスし、必要最低限のピジャージュを行うのみ。 バリックで約一年寝かせた後、ステンレスで約半年熟成させ、無清澄・無濾過で瓶詰め。 こうして低抽出でミネラル主導のエレガントでシルキーなワインが生まれる。 一方で、白では空気圧式でプレス、バリックで約一年熟成させるが、この間バトナージュは一度だけ。 その後ステンレスで約半年熟成させ、清澄・無濾過で瓶詰め。こうしてピュアでクリアな果実味、酸とミネラルが前面に出た張りのあるワインが生まれる。 幼いころから父の姿を見て育ってきたピエールはまさに現代におけるサラブレットであり、その実力はワインを飲むことでより確信に変わるはずである。
