日本代购-使用上の注意 ●してはいけないこと (守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用が起こりやすくなります。)1.次の人は使用しないでください。本剤による過敏症状(発疹・発赤、かゆみ、浮腫等)を起こしたことがある人。2.次の部位には使用しないでください。(1)目や目の周囲、粘膜(例えば口腔、鼻腔、膣等)、陰のう、外陰部等。(2)湿疹。(3)湿潤、ただれ、亀裂や外傷のひどい患部。●相談すること1.次の人は使用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者にご相談ください。(1)医師の治療を受けている人。(2)妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。(3)乳幼児。(4)薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。(5)患部が顔面又は広範囲の人。(6)患部が化膿している人。(7)「湿疹」か「みずむし、いんきんたむし、ぜにたむし」かがはっきりしない人。(陰のうにかゆみ・ただれ等の症状がある場合は、湿疹等他の原因による場合が多い。)2.使用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性がありますので、直ちに使用を中止し、この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者にご相談ください。 関係部位 症状 皮膚 発疹・発赤、かゆみ、かぶれ、はれ、刺激感、熱感、落屑、ただれ、水疱、乾燥感、ヒリヒリ感、亀裂 3.2週間位使用しても症状がよくならない場合は使用を中止し、この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者にご相談ください。 効能・効果 みずむし、いんきんたむし、ぜにたむし 用法・用量 1日1回、適量を患部に塗布してください。【用法・用量に関連する注意】(1)患部やその周囲が汚れたまま使用しないでください。(2)目に入らないように注意してください。万一、目に入った場合には、すぐに水又はぬるま湯で洗い、直ちに眼科医の診療を受けてください。(3)小児に使用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させてください。(4)外用にのみ使用してください。 成分・分量 成分 含量(1ml中) ブテナフィン塩酸塩 10mg ジブカイン塩酸塩 2mg クロルフェニラミンマレイン酸塩 5mg グリチルレチン酸 2mg l-メントール 20mg クロタミトン 10mg イソプロピルメチルフェノール 3mg 添加物：エタノール、マクロゴール【成分に関連する注意】アルコールを含んでいますので、塗布時にしみることがあります。 保管および取扱い上の注意 (1)直射日光の当たらない涼しい所に密栓して保管してください。(2)小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。(3)他の容器に入れ替えないでください(誤用の原因になったり、品質が変わることがあります)。(4)表示の使用期限を過ぎた商品は使用しないでください。なお、使用期限内であっても開封後は品質保持の点からなるべく早く使用してください。 水虫治療の5ポイント >(1)足が蒸れないように、ふだんから心がけましょう。白癬菌は温度15度以上、湿度70%以上になると増殖します。常に蒸れを防ぎ、乾燥させることを心がけましょう。(2)患部を清潔にしましょう。毎日、石けんでよく洗うことが大切です。1日1回の使用で効果のある商品ですが、患部を清潔にすること、長時間蒸れないように注意する、靴や靴下を不潔なままにしない(こまめに洗う)などの工夫が必要です。(3)くすりは患部だけでなく、周囲まで広く、薄く塗りましょう。白癬菌は症状が発生している範囲より広く寄生していることが多いので、薬剤を広めに塗布しましょう。(4)症状がなくなっても、水虫薬は最低1ヶ月程度、塗り続けましょう。症状がなくなっても、白癬菌の活動を抑えているにすぎないこともあります。根気よく継続して塗り続ける事が完治への道です。(5)ご家族に水虫の人がいたら、一緒に治療しましょう。ご家族の方に水虫の人がいたら、うつります。おかしいなと思ったら早めの治療を心がけましょう。 商品区分 指定第二類医薬品 文責者 森田雄喜　登録販売者 お問い合わせ先 久光製薬株式会社 お客様相談室TEL 0120-133250 9：00-12：00、13：00-17：50(土、日、祝日を除く) 製造販売元 久光製薬株式会社 841-0017 鳥栖市田代大官町4080指定第二類医薬品とはその副作用等により日常生活に支障を来す程度の健康被害が生ずるおそれがある医薬品（第1類医薬品を除く）であって厚生労働大臣が指定するもの。第二類医薬品のうち、特別の注意を要するものとして厚生労働大臣が特に指定するもの。ブテナロックVαスプレー20mlは優れた効きめで水虫の原因菌(白癬菌)を殺菌する、水虫・たむし治療薬です。【医薬品販売に関する記載事項】（必須記載事項）はこちら
