日本代购-商品の特徴 鼻みず、鼻づまりは、かぜ、又は花粉やほこりなどが原因で、鼻の粘膜にはれや充血が生じたときに多くみられます。 はスプレー式で、鼻腔内に一定量のお薬を噴霧するため、 有効成分が均一にひろがり、不快な鼻炎症状を緩和し、鼻の通りをよくします。 ●使用上の注意 ●してはいけないこと (守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用が起こりやすくなります) 1.次の人は使用しないでください 本剤又は本剤の成分によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。 2.長期連用しないでください ●相談すること 1.次の人は使用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください (1)医師の治療を受けている人。 (2)妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。 (3)薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。 (4)次の診断を受けた人。 高血圧、心臓病、糖尿病、甲状腺機能障害、緑内障 2.使用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、直ちに使用を中止し、 この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください [関係部位:症状] 皮膚:発疹・発赤、かゆみ 鼻:はれ、刺激感 まれに下記の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。 [症状の名称:症状] ショック(アナフィラキシー):使用後すぐに、皮膚のかゆみ、じんましん、声のかすれ、 くしゃみ、のどのかゆみ、息苦しさ、動悸、意識の混濁等があらわれる。 3.3日間位使用しても症状がよくならない場合は使用を中止し、 この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください ●効果・効能 急性鼻炎、アレルギー性鼻炎又は副鼻腔炎による次の諸症状の緩和: 鼻づまり、鼻みず(鼻汁過多)、くしゃみ、頭重(頭が重い) ●用法・用量 次の量を、鼻腔内に噴霧してください。 [年令:1回量:1日使用回数] ■成人(15才以上) 及び7才以上の小児 :1~2度ずつ噴霧 :3時間以上の間隔をおいて、6回以内 ■7才未満 :使用しないこと (1)定められた用法・用量を厳守してください。 (2)過度に使用すると、かえって鼻づまりを起こすことがあります。 (3)小児に使用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させてください。 (4)点鼻用にのみ使用してください。 1.ノズルのキャップをはずします。 2.初めてご使用の際は、液が噴霧するまではね部を数回、空押ししてください。 3.容器を持ち、ノズルを鼻腔内に少し差し入れます。 4.静かに息を吸い込みながら、はねを下まで押して、1回に1~2度ずつ噴霧してください。 ※できるだけ垂直に近い角度でお使いください。 5.使用後は清潔なティッシュペーパーやガーゼなどでノズルを拭きキャップをして保管してください。 液を吸い上げるチューブは緩やかなカーブがついていますので容器をかたむけずお使い頂くと、 むだなくお使いいただけます。 ●成分・分量 100mL中 [成分:はたらき:分量] ■ナファゾリン塩酸塩:はれや充血を抑え、炎症を改善します。:50mg ■クロルフェニラミンマレイン酸塩:くしゃみ、鼻みずなどのアレルギー症状を緩和します。:500mg ■リドカイン:かゆみ、痛みを抑え、不快感をやわらげます。:300mg ■ベンゼトニウム塩化物:鼻腔内の殺菌・消毒をし、炎症の改善をたすけます。:20mg 添加物として、pH調整剤、等張化剤を含有します。 ●保管及び取扱いの注意 (1)直射日光の当たらない涼しい所にキャップをして保管してください。 (2)小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。 (3)他の容器に入れ替えないでください。(誤用の原因になったり、品質が変わるのを防ぐため) (4)他の人と共用しないでください。 (5)使用期限を過ぎた製品は使用しないでください。 また開封後は使用期限内であってもなるべく速やかに使用してください。 噴霧口を針などで突くのはおやめください。故障の原因となります。 商品区分 第二類医薬品 文責者 森田雄喜　登録販売者 広告文責 株式会社 メディール 使用期限 使用期限まで100日以上の商品をお送りいたします お問い合わせ先 中央製薬株式会社 《お客様相談窓口》 電話 06-7176-7519(代表) 受付時間 : 9:00~17:00 (土日祝日を除く) 製造販売元 中央製薬株式会社 大阪市北区天満1-4-4 第二類医薬品とは まれに入院相当以上の健康被害が生じる可能性がある成分を含むもの。 （例）主な風邪薬、解熱鎮痛薬、解熱鎮痛剤など「ビタトレール 鼻炎スプレープラス」は、スプレー式で鼻腔内に一定量のお薬を噴霧するため、有効成分が均一にひろがり、不快な鼻炎症状を速やかに緩和し、鼻の通りをよくします。【医薬品販売に関する記載事項】（必須記載事項）はこちら
