日本代购-【商品説明】 スピールジェルは、サリチル酸の角質軟化溶解作用を利用した角質はく離剤です。 速やかに乾燥して薄い被膜をつくり、うおの目、たこ、いぼの角質を取り去ります。 ジェルタイプなので液だれしにくく、患部にピンポイントで簡単に塗れます。 【使用上の注意】 （守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用が起こりやすくなる） 次の部位には使用しないでください。 1.目の周囲、粘膜、やわらかい皮ふ面（首の周り等）、顔面等（角質溶解作用の強い薬剤ですからこのような部位には使用しないこと） 2.炎症またはキズ、化膿のある患部等 （炎症やキズ、化膿のある患部等に使用すると刺激が強く、症状を悪化させることがあります） 3.群生したいぼ、身体に多発したいぼ 4.みずいぼ 5.湿ったいぼ 6.外陰部や肛門周囲にできたぶよぶよしたいぼ 7.褐色か淡黒色の扁平に隆起した老人性いぼ 8.かきキズにそって一列にできた若年性扁平いぼ 1.次の人は使用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 (1)乳幼児（乳幼児においては皮ふが弱く注意が必要です） (2)本人または家族がアレルギー体質の人 (3)今までに薬や化粧品等によるアレルギー症状（例えば発疹・発赤、かゆみ、かぶれ等）を起こしたことがある人（アレルギーを起こした薬や成分をさけて使用する必要があります） (4)妊娠または妊娠していると思われる人 （サルチル酸の内服による動物実験で、胎児の奇形を起こす作用が報告されています） (5)糖尿病の治療を受けている人 （糖尿病患者は感染抵抗力が低下しています。角質を取る際に皮ふを傷つけてしまった場合、感染しやすくなります） 2.本品が有効ないぼは、角質化された表面のざらざらした硬いいぼです。ほかのいぼについては専門医に相談してください。 3.使用後、次の症状が現れた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、直ちに使用を中止し、この添付文書をもって医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 関係部位症状 皮膚発疹・発赤、かゆみ 4.長期間使用しても症状の改善がみられない場合は、使用を中止し、この添付文書をもって医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 〈その他の注意〉 目に入らないように注意してください。 万一目に入った場合には、すぐ水又はぬるま湯で洗い、直ちに眼科医の診療を受けてください。 【効能・効果】 うおの目、たこ、いぼ 【内容量】 ●スピールジェル・・・3g ●保護用パッド・・・9枚 【成分・分量】 100g中 成分・・・分量 サリチル酸・・・15g 添加物として、ピロキシリン、エタノール、コロジオン用ジエチルエーテル、だいだい色403号を含有します。 【用法・用量】 1日数回、患部に適量を塗布してください。 【用法・用量に関連する注意】 （1）定められた用法・用量を守ってください。 （2）小児に使用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させてください。 （3）本品は外用のみに使用し内服しないでください。 （4）本品が患部の周りの健康な皮ふに付くと、その部分も白く軟化し、痛んだりしますので、患部の周りの皮ふに付かないようによく注意して使用してください。 （5）本品は軟膏ではありませんので、指で塗り広げてのご使用はさけてください。 【保管及び取り扱い上の注意】 （1）小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。 （2）本品は揮発性ですので、使用後はノズルの口についた薬剤をよくふきとってからキャップをしっかり締めて、直射日光及び高温多湿をさけ、涼しい所に保管してください。 （3）患部以外の皮ふに付いた場合は、すぐにふきとり、衣服に付いた場合は、ぬるま湯でもみほぐすかクリーニング店に相談してください。 （4）誤用をさけ、品質を保持するため、他の容器に入れかえないでください。 （5）本品は引火性ですので火気に近づけないでください。 （6）家具、床、身の回りの物等に付着すると、腐食や変形、変色等を起こすことがありますので、注意してください。 （7）使用期限の過ぎた製品は使用しないでください。医薬品をご購入のお客様へ重要なお知らせ 楽天市場の規則により医薬品の購入は、楽天会員にご登録いただいているお客様のみとさせていただいております。 また、18歳未満のお客様へ販売も禁止となっております。ご了承いただきますようお願いいたします。
