日本代购-商品説明商品名エフストリン錠剤 商品説明 ●せきは、のどや気管支の病気に伴って起こる症状で、せきが長く続くと、のどを痛めたり、声がかすれるだけでなく肺に必要以上の刺激を与え、血圧を高くしまた、心臓に負担を与えるなど体力が著しく消耗し、病気に対する抵抗力も弱ってきます。 ●エフストリンに配合されているバクモンドウは古くから、炎症性のせきをしずめる効果の高い生薬として漢方薬で使用されています。 ●エフストリンはせきをしずめ、たんの切れをよくするお薬です。効果・効能せき、たん 用法 用量 次の1回量を1日3回なるべく空腹時をさけ、4時間以上あけて服用してください。15才以上　3錠11〜15才未満　2錠 8〜11才未満　1.5錠5〜8才未満　1錠5才未満服用しないこと【用法用量に関する注意】 1 定められた用法、用量を厳守してください。 2 小児に服用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。 3 幼児に服用させる場合には、薬剤がのどにつかえることのないようよく注意してください。 4 錠剤の取り出し方（PTPの場合）錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り、取り出してから服用して下さい。 （誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると、食道粘膜に突きささる等思わぬ事故につながります）成分 ・ジヒドロコデインリン酸塩30mg 【せきの中枢に作用して、せきをしずめます。】 ・dl−メチルエフェドリン塩酸塩75mg 【気管支を広げ、せきをしずめます。】 ・ノスカピン45mg【せきの中枢に作用して、せきをしずめます。】 ・グアイフェネシン300mg【たんの切れをよくし、せきを軽くします。】 ・クロルフェニラミンマレイン酸塩12mg【せきやたんの原因となるアレルギー症状をおさえます。】 ・無水カフェイン150mg【各成分の働きをたすけ、ねむけを除きます。】 ・バクモンドウ乾燥エキス（原生薬換算量1.5g）300mg 【炎症性のせきをしずめます。】 ※添加物として、乳糖、トウモロコシデンプン、カルメロースCa、セルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ステアリン酸Mgを含有します。   注意事項・相談すること【してはいけないこと】 （守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用・事故が起こりやすくなる）1．次の人は服用しないこと 本剤によるアレルギー症状を起こしたことのある人。2．本剤を服用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も服用しないこと 他の鎮咳去痰薬、かぜ薬、抗ヒスタミン剤を含有する内服薬（鼻炎用内服薬、乗物酔い薬、アレルギー用薬）、鎮静薬 3．服用後、乗物又は、機械類の運転操作をしないこと（眠気があらわれることがある）4．過量服用・長期連用しないこと （倦怠感や虚脱感等があらわれることがある）【相談すること】1．次の人は服用前に医師又は薬剤師に相談すること 1 医師の治療を受けている人。2 妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。3 授乳中の人。4 高齢者。5 本人又は家族がアレルギー体質の人。 6 薬によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。7 次の症状のある人。高熱、排尿困難 8 次の診断を受けた人。心臓病、高血圧、糖尿病、緑内障、甲状腺機能障害 2．次の場合は、直ちに服用を中止し、この文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談すること 1 服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合関係部位症　　状皮ふ発疹・発赤、かゆみ消化器：悪心・嘔吐、食欲不振 精神神経系：めまいその他：排尿困難2 5〜6回服用しても症状がよくならない場合。 3．次の症状があらわれることがあるので、このような症状の継続又は、増強が見られた場合には、服用を中止し、医師又は薬剤師に相談すること 便秘、口のかわき 保管及び取扱い上の注意 1.直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に保管してください。瓶包装の場合は、密栓して保管してください。 2.小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。3.他の容器に入れ替えないでください。（誤用の原因になったり品質がかわり ます。）4.使用期限をすぎた製品は服用しないでください。区分 日本製・第2類医薬品 製造・販売元大昭製薬株式会社お問い合わせ先大昭製薬株式会社お問合せ：0748−88−4181 受付時間：9：00〜17：00（土・日・祝日を除く）医薬品の使用期限 使用期限12か月以上の商品を販売しております。広告文責グッドワン薬店06-7182-6615
