日本代购-商品特徴 ■ペラックT錠は、炎症やアレルギーを抑える作用のあるトラネキサム酸、カンゾウ乾燥エキスの他に、たんぱく質や脂質の代謝に関与し、皮膚や粘膜の機能を正常に働かせるビタミンB2、ビタミンB6と体力消耗に効果のあるビタミンCの3種のビタミンを配合した薬です。 空気の乾燥・汚れやかぜなどからくるのどの炎症である咽頭炎・扁桃炎(のどのはれ、のどの痛み)および口内の炎症である口内炎によく効き、7歳の小児から成人まで服用できる薬です。 ■トラネキサム酸配合 炎症やアレルギーをおさえる作用のあるトラネキサム酸を、1日量当たり750mg配合しています。 ■のどのはれ、のどの痛みにすぐれた効果 トラネキサム酸とカンゾウ乾燥エキスの2つの成分が有効に作用して、口内およびのどの炎症を抑えます。 ■眠くなる成分を含みません 抗ヒスタミン薬を配合していませんので、眠くなりません。 ※商品リニューアル等によりパッケージ及び容量等は変更となる場合があります。ご了承ください。 効能・効果 咽頭炎・扁桃炎(のどのはれ、のどの痛み)、口内炎 用法・用量 ・次の量を水又はお湯で服用してください。 (年齢：1回量／1日服用回数) 成人(15歳以上)：2錠／3回(朝昼晩) 7歳以上15歳未満：1錠／3回(朝昼晩) 7歳未満：服用しないでください。 【用法用量に関する注意】 (1)用法・用量を厳守してください。 (2)食前・食後、いずれの服用でもかまいません。 (3)7歳以上の小児に服用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。 (4)錠剤の取り出し方 錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り、取り出して服用してください。(誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながります。) 成分 本剤は淡黄色のフィルムコーティング錠で、6錠中に次の成分を含有しています。 トラネキサム酸：750mg カンゾウ乾燥エキス：198mg (原生薬として990mg) ピリドキシン塩酸塩(ビタミンB6)：50mg リボフラビン(ビタミンB2)：12mg L-アスコルビン酸ナトリウム(ビタミンCナトリウム)：500mg 添加物：セルロース、無水ケイ酸、ポリビニルアルコール(部分けん化物)、トウモロコシデンプン、ステアリン酸Mg、ヒプロメロース、酸化チタン、タルク、プロピレングリコール、ジメチルポリシロキサン、二酸化ケイ素、三二酸化鉄、カルナウバロウ ■成分・分量に関連する注意 (1)本剤に配合されているリボフラビン(ビタミンB2)により、尿が黄色になることがあります。 (2)本剤の服用により、尿及び便の検査値に影響を与えることがあります。医師の検査を受ける場合は、ビタミンCを含有する製剤を服用していることを医師に知らせてください。 ご注意 【してはいけないこと】 （守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用・事故が起こりやすくなります） 1.本剤を服用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も服用しないで下さい。 (1)甘草(カンゾウ)又はその主成分グリチルリチンを含有する内服薬(むくみ、血圧上昇および筋疾患(ミオパチー)等が起こることがあります。) (2)トラネキサム酸を含有する内服薬 (鼻炎用内服薬、かぜ薬、解熱鎮痛薬、鎮咳去痰薬等) 2.長期連用しないで下さい。 【相談すること】 1.次の人は服用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 (1)医師又は歯科医師の治療を受けている人 (2)妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人 (3)高齢者 (4)薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人 (5)次の症状のある人 むくみ (6)次の診断を受けた人 高血圧、心臓病、腎臓病、血栓のある人(脳血栓、心筋梗塞、血栓性静脈炎等)、血栓症を起こす恐れのある人 2.服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性がありますので、直ちに服用を中止し、この文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 (関係部位：症状) 皮膚：発疹・発赤、かゆみ 消化器：吐き気・嘔吐、胸やけ、食欲不振もしくは食欲増進、胃部不快感 精神神経系：めまい 泌尿器：頻尿 まれに下記の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。 (症状の名称：症状) 偽アルドステロン症、ミオパチー：手足のだるさ、しびれ、つっぱり感やこわばりに加えて、脱力感、筋肉痛があらわれ、徐々に強くなる。 3.服用後、次の症状があらわれることがありますので、このような症状の持続又は増強が見られた場合には、服用を中止し、この文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 下痢 4.5〜6日間服用しても症状が良くならない場合は服用を中止し、この文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。 保管及び取り扱いの注意 (1)直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に保管してください。 (2)小児の手の届かないところに保管してください。 (3)他の容器に入れかえないでください。(誤用の原因になったり品質が変わります) (4)表示の使用期限を過ぎた製品は使用しないでください。また、一度内袋(アルミ袋)を開封した後は、品質保持の点から開封後6か月以内に使用してください。 (5)箱の「開封年月日」記入欄に、内袋(アルミ袋)を開封した日付を記入してください。 内容量 36錠 広告文責 グッドワン薬店 06-7182-6615 メーカー(販売元) 第一三共ヘルスケア株式会社お客様相談室：0120-337-336 受付時間：9：00〜17：00（土・日・祝日を除く） 区分 日本製・第3類医薬品
