日本代购-2022年がファーストヴィンテージの 『ドメーヌ デ ミオゾティス』は ティエリー ジェルマンのもとで 経験を積んだロマさんと 星付きレストランのソムリエを長年務めていた ジュスティーヌさん夫婦が 二人の理想とするワインを造り出すために アンジュ地方の サン ランベール デュ ラッテイに移住し、 立ち上げた新進気鋭のドメーヌです。 自社畑の大部分は エコサートのAB認証を取得しており、 (2025年には全ての畑が認証取得予定) 最高樹齢55年のシュナンブランをメインに、 シャルドネとカベルネフランも少量栽培しています。 ワインメイキングにおいては 常に土着酵母による天然発酵を行い、 亜硫酸塩は澱引き時と 瓶詰め時にごく少量のみ使用しますが、 添加をゼロにすることよりも ワインにボトル差を無くし、 クオリティとのバランスを最優先にしています。 白、赤、ペットナット、マセラシオンなど 様々な種類のワインを造る引き出しの多さで、 既にロワールワイン愛好家の間で 話題になりつつある期待の造り手です。 ション ド ピエール2023はオーガニック認証取得の自社畑で栽培された樹齢50年の古樹シュナンブランを手摘みで丁寧に収穫し、野生酵母で発酵させ、フレンチオーク古樽(228L)50%とステンレスタンク50%で澱とともに7ヶ月熟成後、ノンフィルターで瓶詰めされます。SO2トータルは30mg/lです。濡れた石を口に含んでいるような透明感のあるミネラルの風味を軸にして、仄かに漂う古木の様な心地良い木の香りや、白桃、蜂蜜などほんのり甘やかな風味が混じり合ったとてもエレガントなスタイルのシュナンブランです。柔らかな酸味とピュアな果実味のバランスが良く、12%という穏やかなアルコールのおかげで飲み疲れせずワイン単体でも楽しめる仕上がりとなっております。今すぐ開けても澄んだ味わいを楽しめますが2026年頃から本領を発揮し始め、更に6-7年前後は熟成で発展していくポテンシャルも持っています。数日間時間をかけてお飲みになるのもお勧めです。飲み頃温度は11~13℃です。日本では当店のみの独占販売で他のお店では入手出来ませんので、ワインをお好きな方へのこだわったプレゼントとしても喜ばれますよ。 法律により20歳未満の酒類の購入や飲酒は禁止されており、酒類の販売には年齢確認が義務付けられています。
