日本代购-商品紹介WCHO-04 ホイルクリーナー スーパー HO 2個入【商品紹介】 津川洋行のホイルクリーナー スーパー HO 2個入です。 HO・16番(16.5mm)動力車の走行不良の原因のひとつである車輪表面についた汚れを取り除くために開発された動力車専用ホイルクリーナーです。 強力なクリーニング性能を持つ真鍮ブラシを採用、頑固な動力車の動輪汚れを簡単綺麗にクリーニングします。 長い間、走行させていない車両の整備汚れが付着しやすい運転会など、短時間で効果を発揮します。 集電方式・ボギー車・車両長や仕様により製品の使用数量を選定してください。 ＊本製品の使用前に車両の状態を十分にご確認ください。劣化したトラクションタイヤは交換してください。 ＊HO・16番動力車はメーカーや車両により集電方式が異なります。ご使用前に必ず車両の集電方式(例1?2)を確認してください。 例1：一般的にプラスチック製車両はNゲージ車両と同じ両軸集電です。 例2：一般的に真鍮製車両は片軸集電です。ボギー車では駆動台車と集電台車に分かれることがあります。使用前に必ずご確認ください。 ＊本製品は動力による駆動車輪の汚れを落とします。非駆動車輪の汚れは落とせません。 【使用方法】 1.電源をOFFにしたパワーパックにレールからでたフィーダーケーブルを接続します。 2.ホイルクリーナー本体下部のレールガイド溝に左右のレールをあわせます。 3.ブラシ下面金属部がレールに接触するように製品をセットします。 4.左右のブラシに車輪が触れるように車両を置きます。ブラシに車輪以外の金属が触れないよう注意をしてください。 5.パワーパックの電源を入れ、スピードコントロールノブをゆっくり回し、電圧を上げていきますとブラシの上を車両が動きだします。 動きはじめたら指で車両の進行を止め車輪をブラシに触れるようにしながら空転させるとブラシ効果により車輪の汚れが取り除かれます。 通常、5秒ほどで車輪の状態を確認してください。 汚れが取り除かれていないときは作業を繰り返します。 6.ホイルクリーナー スーパーHOの強力なクリーニング性能は長い間、走行させていない車両や汚れが付着しやすい運転会などに最適です。 ひどい汚れを取り除いた後、日常の整備には、別売「ホイルクリーナー ソフト君HO」を併用すると効果的です。 【注意】 ＊集電方式が不明の場合、テスター等で確認いただくかHO車輛製造メーカーにお問い合わせください。 ＊左右の真鍮ブラシ(以下ブラシ)を金属等の導通するものでショートさせないようご注意ください。ショートをおこすとホイルクリーナー本体および車両に重大なトラブルが発生する恐れがあります。 ＊台車枠や蒸気機関車のロッドが金属製の場合、ブラシと接触しショートする恐れがあります。台車枠にマスキングテープなどを貼り車輪以外にブラシが接触しないように処理をおこないご利用ください。ショートした場合、すぐに作業を中止し原因を取除いてください。 ＊車輪が動力により回転することで汚れを落とします。動力による駆動車輪のみ汚れを落とします。非駆動車輪の汚れは落とせません。 ＊蒸気機関車のテンダー・客車・中間車など、車輪が動力で可動しない車両には対応しません。 ＊蒸気機関車の場合、テンダーの車輪から集電する車両があります。各車両の集電方法・車両長・仕様により本製品の数量を選定してください。 ＊クリーニング作業は車輪の汚れを確認しながら行ってください。 ＊保護回路付パワーパックの使用を推奨します。 ＊長時間の連続使用は動力車のモーターを傷めます。また、通電したままブラシの上に車両を放置しないでください。 ＊ブラシにクリーナー液の塗布は不要です。 塗布をすることで製品に不具合が起こることがありますのでご注意ください。 ＊様々な状況によりクリーニング効果は異なります。本製品を使用しても効果がみられないときは他の方法もご検討ください。 ＊劣化したトラクションタイヤは本製品の使用により破断することがあります。作業前に車輪の状態を必ず確認、劣化しているときは部品交換をおこなうか、トラクションタイヤをはずした状態のときにご使用ください。 ＊メンテナンスは、レールの清掃もあわせておこなうことをお勧めいたします。メーカー(株)津川洋行JAN4957265125343備考※メーカー取り寄せ商品となりますので、ご注文後の注文キャンセルはお承りできません。※メーカー取り寄せ商品となりますので、返品交換は一切お受けいたしかねます。ただし初期不良の場合でメーカーに在庫が確認できる場合は交換にて対応致します。※商品開梱後は組み立てやご使用の前に、コンディション・付属品類が揃っていることをご確認ください。 お客様の都合による返品・交換はお受けできませんので、ご注意ください。※メーカー取り寄せ商品となりますので、メーカー欠品の場合はご注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。※取り寄せ品のため納期が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承下さい。
