日本代购-世界が認める日本人醸造家。 1978年産のブドウを使用して造られた、愛好家垂涎の稀少なマール。 神様アンリ・ジャイエ氏も認めたルー・デュモン。 こちらは1978年産の3つの村のブドウを使用して造られた、稀少なマール・ド・ブルゴーニュ。ルー・デュモンのファンはもちろん、愛好家垂涎の稀少な1本です。 【味わい】 グラスに注ぐと溢れ出る魅惑的なアロマ。 口に含むと何層にも重なる複雑なニュアンスが心地良く、長い余韻へと続きます。 ぜひマールがお好きな方にご堪能いただきたい1本です。 ワインを造る過程で出るブドウの絞りかすを再発酵したものを蒸留させて造るブランデーのうち、イタリア産のグラッパに対し、フランス産のものがマールと呼ばれます。 ブドウの絞りかすを蒸留して造るマールはよりブドウの力強い風味が愉しめる、ワイン好きにはたまらない1本です。 ■生産者：LOU DUMONT ルー・デュモン ■生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ ■原産地呼称：AOC. マール・ド・ブルゴーニュ人気漫画に登場した仲田晃司さんが、ワイン紀行に訪れた際の写真です。 漫画とそっくりでしょう？（笑） 漫画「神の雫」のお求めは楽天BOOKSで 仲田晃司。大学生時代にアルバイト先のフレンチレストランでワインに出会い、「いつか自分の手でワインを造ってみたい」という夢を抱いた青年は、1995年、頼るつてもなく単身渡仏。フランス語の勉強をしながら各地の醸造家の門を叩いて修行を重ね、2000年7月7日、ブルゴーニュの地にルー・デュモンを設立しました。 　仲田さんのワイン造りを特徴付けているのは、まさしく日本人職人的と言うべき、周りがあきれるほど細部まで徹底的にこだわる仕事への執念です。仕込むワインのテロワールや個性を研究し尽くした上で、樽の選定眼や熟成方法を駆使してワインを磨き上げます。 　2003年5月、在りし日のアンリ・ジャイエ翁より「自分自身のアイデンティティをワインに表現せよ」との薫陶を受け、「日本人であるということ」「自然と人間に対する真摯な尊敬の念」の象徴として、「天・地・人」が生まれました。 　「ワインを通じてアジアの架け橋になれればと願っています」という仲田さん。現在ルー・デュモンのワインは、日本、韓国、台湾、中国、シンガポールといったアジア諸国を中心に販売されています。 　2008年8月、ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン村に念願の自社カーヴを取得しました。
