日本代购-ISBN:978-4-7529-0122-8 監修・出演:小林詔司巻数:1 時間:約105分発売年月:2009/02/26・DVDは映像と音声を高密度に記録したディスクです。DVD対応のプレーヤーで再生して下さい。・詳しい再生上の取り扱い方については、ご使用になる再生プレーヤーなどの取扱説明書をご覧下さい。・パソコンやDVD再生可能ゲーム機等では、その仕様や環境により、不具合を発生する場合がございます。それによって、もし　何らかの損害が生じた場合でも、弊社では一切責任を負いかねますので、ご注意下さい。腹診で身体の状態を判断し、背部で治療する—— 積聚治療の実際を、映像でわかりやすく解説。積聚治療において病とは気の異常であり、身体に根元的な冷えがある状態と考える。全身の反映は腹部にあり、腹部に焦点を当てながら、主訴となる患部や異常部位を治療の指標とする。治療は身体の表層から段階をふんで深層へ及ぶ。つまり、外から中へと気を整え、病の根元を治療するのである。このDVDでは、積聚治療における指標の取り方や、腹部の診方、証の決定、背部兪穴治療の方法などを紹介。さらに患者モデルを5人使って、実際の臨床を行う。積聚治療の理論を築いた小林詔司氏監修・出演のDVD『積聚治療入門』が2月下旬に発売される予定です。発売に先がけ、積聚治療の考えかたやDVDの収録内容について小林氏にお聞きしました。また、根元的な冷えを強くしないためのワンポイントアドバイスもいただきました。【1月16日　東京都内　太子堂鍼灸院にてインタビュー】 ——積聚治療は腹部と背部を関連づけています。腹部でみて背部で治す方法を治療に取り入れられたきっかけは何でしょうか? 小林 1977年のことです。それまで私が行っていた治療法では、腹部の異常を積極的に解消することができませんでした。ちょうどその頃学校で実技教育を担当することになり、このままでは教えるときに必ずいきづまると思っていました。そんなとき、ある患者さんを治療していて背部の兪穴に目がとまり、『難経』の腹証と背部兪穴との関連性がひらめきました。そして治療をしてみたところ患者の身体に変化があったのです。その後30年あまりの臨床経験を経て、今回のDVDで紹介するような体系をつくりあげてきました。 ——積聚治療では「病は身体の根元的な冷えにある」とのことですが、冷え症とは違うのですか。小林冷え症は「根元的な冷え」の感覚的な現象の一つです。積聚治療でいう「冷え」とは、感覚的にも運動的にも働きが鈍ることです。冷え切ったものは死んでしまいます。つまり冷えは、活動が弱まることと関係しています。もちろんその反対の現象が熱となります。その冷えや熱をもたらす元を「根元的な冷え」といい、それは「絶対的な陰気の虚」「精気の虚」「生命力の低下」などの言葉にも置き換えられます。すべて同じ意味ですが、臨床的にいちばん分かりやすい言葉が「根元的な冷え」なのです。 ——やはり身体は温めるほうがいいのですか。小林温めるというよりも冷やさないことが大事です。温めるというと、たとえば水分補給は生水ではなくお湯を飲めばいいことになりますが、温度のような質だけでなく量にも気を付け、外傷を受けないなどの行動にも注意するのが「冷やさない」なのです。どんなものでも多量は身体にとって負担となります。つまり冷えとなります。他の例では、陰気が強い夜に遅くまで起きて活動することは、身体の陰の気を消耗することになり、冷えにつながります。冷やさないためには夜11時ごろには就寝するのがよいでしょう。女性では洗髪の回数や時間などにも気を使い、特に生理のときの洗髪は避けるのも冷やさないことにつながります。女性の髪の毛は身体を保温しているのです。 ——積聚治療は接触鍼をし、身体の指標を確認しながら腹証を決定し、背部で治療するという手順をふみます。すぐに局所を刺鍼しない理由があるのですか。小林通常、多くの鍼治療は悪いところである局所を直接鍼で狙います。積聚治療では、局所の問題はまず根元的な冷えに原因があり、そこから出ている症状であると考えることを原則としています。根元的な冷えに鍼の刺激が届くように、気の乱れている表層から徐々に気を整え、患者の身体が鍼の刺激を受け入れるようにして根元に迫っていくのです。 ——積聚治療で使用する鍼は銀鍼で、先端がとがっていないので普通は刺さらないはずですが、DVDのなかではこの鍼が刺さる患者もいました。患者によって違うのですか、術者の技術によるのですか。小林患者の身体に鍼を受け入れる態勢がないのであれば刺入する必要はないのです。刺さらない構造の鍼が刺さるということは、患者の皮膚の目が粗いとか気が乱れていると考えます。つまり鍼の操作では患者の肌の状態を読むことが術者に求められます。そのため簡単に刺入できない鍼先にしてあるのです。積聚治療で使用している鍼は最初の段階では誰も刺すことができませんが、一点に意識を集中し刺入することを繰り返し訓練することで、皮膚が開き身体が鍼を受け入れる感触が分かってきます。その感触が分かるのも術者の技量の一つです。 ——このDVDで積聚治療の基礎と臨床を学ぶ方へ、ひと言お願いします。小林入門と名のつくわりにはボリューム感のあるDVDに仕上がりました。積聚治療は「この病気にはこのツボ」という治療法とはまったく違うので、初めて学ぶ方は不思議に思うことがあるかもしれません。しかし細かく解説を入れてありますし、また「臨床の実際」では5人の違った症状の患者に同じ手順の治療をしています。なぜどの患者にも同じ手順の治療をするのか。そんなところに関心を持っていただければうれしいです。治療は人が対象ですから、簡単なことではありません。東洋医学の特徴は全体と根元をみること。症状を追いかけるのではなく、病の根元に迫る治療を目指すきっかけになれれば幸いです。小林詔司(こばやし・しょうじ)1942年東京都生まれ。65年上智大学経済学部卒。69年東洋鍼灸専門学校卒。72年東京教育大学(現筑波大学)教育学部理療科教員養成施設卒。同年太子堂鍼灸院開業。76年から関東鍼灸専門学校講師を兼務。80年から積聚会主宰。07年関東鍼灸専門学校名誉講師。著書に『積聚治療』(医道の日本社)、『東洋医学講座　第10巻』(緑書房)、『Acupuncture Core Therapy』(Paradigm Publications) など。
