日本代购-ISBN:978-4-7529-0125-9 監修・出演:松久　正巻数:1枚時間:約135分発売年月:2010/01/14・DVDは映像と音声を高密度に記録したディスクです。DVD対応のプレーヤーで再生して下さい。・詳しい再生上の取り扱い方については、ご使用になる再生プレーヤーなどの取扱説明書をご覧下さい。・パソコンやDVD再生可能ゲーム機等では、その仕様や環境により、不具合を発生する場合がございます。それによって、もし　何らかの損害が生じた場合でも、弊社では一切責任を負いかねますので、ご注意下さい。整形外科医の道から真の医療を求め、ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックとめぐりあった松久正氏。本場アメリカで9年にわたる勉強と臨床経験を積んだ松久氏による、基礎を学ぶための初心者向け教材。ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックの土台となる考え方や同定(診察)のしかた、実際のアジャストメント、さらにその歴史や日米における現状までを紹介したガンステッド・カイロプラクティックの決定版DVD。ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックの普及啓蒙に努める松久正氏によるDVD『ガンステッド・カイロプラクティック-基礎編-』が1月中旬に完成した。本DVDは、その原理から同定(診察)のしかた、実際のアジャストメント、歴史と日米におけるカイロプラクティックの現状までを松久氏による解説とCGを駆使し、紹介。まさにガンステッド・カイロの基礎を学ぶための決定版DVDとなった。 ——今回、初めてDVDを制作されたのですが、撮影等、DVDを制作した感想をお聞かせください。松久今まで、講演やセミナー等で多くの方々の前で話をすることはありましたが、今回のようにカメラの前で話したり教えるということは初めてでした。セミナー等であれば、多少の言い間違えや言い忘れもその場でカバーできますが、カメラの前ではそうはいきません。今回の撮影では、私の情熱をできるだけ新鮮な形でお伝えできるように、ほとんどリハーサルなしで生の語りや実技を行いました。その点、私の気持ちをよりリアルにお伝えできたと思いますが、撮影ではワクワクの喜びとともに、今まで味わったことのない緊張感を体験しました。 ——松久先生はどのようなきっかけでガンステッド・カイロプラクティックをやろうと思われたのですか?ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックを知ったきっかけを教えてください。松久カイロプラクティックの存在は、鍼灸師である私の弟が彼の師匠(パーマー大学を卒業)から学び、私にその良さを教えてくれたのが最初です。私は日本で整形外科医として現代西洋医学に従事していたとき、症状を薬や注射、手術で、外から強引に押さえつけたり補充したり、取っても、真の解決にはならないと感じていました。その時にカイロプラクティックを知りました。そして注目したのが、治癒力そのものである“背骨を流れる神経”でした。その“背骨を流れる神経“を妨害するものを除去し活性化することが重要と感じていた私に、最も納得のいく世界を提供してくれたのが、ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックだったのです。 ——ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックとは、どういうものですか。松久脳から背骨の中を流れる神経は、身体のすべての器官ならびに細胞に正しい指令を常に伝えると同時に、身体の情報を脳にフィードバックしています。この神経の流れは非常に繊細で、姿勢や怪我などの物理的影響の他、体に取り入れるものや感情の乱れによって容易に障害されます。ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックは、こういった障害された神経の流れが背骨のどの部位でどういう状態で起こっているかを見つけ出し、神経の通り道である背骨に厳密に働きかけることにより、神経の流れを正常にとりもどします。 ——どういった疾患に効果があるのですか? 松久脳からの神経の流れは身体中を支配しますので、人間に起きうるすべての現象が対象になりますが、一般的には腰痛などの身体の痛み、内臓の機能障害が代表的なものです。特に、現代西洋医学で原因がはっきりしない症状や疾患に効果が期待できます。対象も老若男女です。症状の問題は脳からの指令を伝えている神経で起きています。ですから薬や手術で症状の部分だけを治しても、治癒力は回復しません。ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックは神経の流れを正常に戻し、自然治癒力をアップさせるのです。 ——カイロプラクティックをするとボキッと音がしますが、どうしてああいう音がするのですか? 松久「ボキッ」という音は、椎間関節(ファセット)が動いた音で、ディバーシファイド・テクニックで鳴る音です。ガンステッドでは、椎体をほんの少しだけ瞬間的に動かすだけなので、「グッ」という鈍い音がします。決して大きな音は出ません。椎体と椎体の間で一瞬にしてはじけるので、「グッ」という鈍い音となるのです。ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックでは骨は全く捻りません。神経を圧迫している部位と反対の方向に力を加え、神経の通り道を大きくすることによって、脳に瞬間的に良い状態を記憶させます。つまり、脳の再教育です。 ——ガンステッドで脳に良い状態を記憶させるということですが、良い状態を脳が記憶していれば、姿勢やけがなどの外的要因やストレスなどの内的要因が加わっても1カ月に一回のメンテナンスで神経は圧迫されなくなるのですか? 松久治療で脳が良い状態を記憶していけば、神経の状態は改善すると同時に、神経周囲の環境も改善していきます。ガンステッドは骨のずれを治しているわけではありませんので、徐々に脳を再教育していくことにより、よい状態を記憶することになり、もとに戻らなくなります。そうなれば当然、神経の圧迫は消退していきます。ただし、脳や神経の中に潜在的に改善前の悪い状態の記憶が残っています。ですから、1カ月に一回のメンテナンスが重要になる訳です。月に一回の割合でメンテナンスしていくことにより、症状の出る前に原因を治して予防し、健康状態(神経の流れ)を上げていきます。 ——治療の間隔は徐々に延びますが、その基準はなんですか? 松久最初は、狂った悪い状態の記憶が脳にあります。ですから、アジャストメントで脳に良い状態を送っても、悪い記憶が勝ってしまい、すぐに悪い神経の状態に戻ってしまいます。しかし徐々に治療を重ねることによって、1日、2日、1週、2週、と良い状態を脳と体が保持できるようになります。基準は、どれだけ良い状態を保持できるかです。それによって治療の間隔を決めていきます。 ——今回のDVDの中で一番伝えたいことはなんですか? 松久このDVDは、単なる教材ではないということです。世界の医療のありかた、さらに人間の生き方を変えうる潜在力が本DVDに秘められています。人間という生命体にとって、背骨を流れる神経は最も重要なもので、体を作り、体を修復するエネルギーそのものです。その神経の流れを改善するということは、体のみならず感情にも作用します。人間が健康で元気になるために最も鍵となる教えがここにあります。 ——今回のDVDの見方、見るポイント等を教えてください。松久ガンステッド・カイロプラクティックは背骨を通る神経の流れを改善するのに最も有効な手段と考えます。本DVDでは、そのガンステッドを学ぶために、まずは基本を徹底して学んでいただきます。なぜ背骨の神経は重要なのか、なぜ神経の流れが障害されるのか、なぜ神経の流れの障害が症状や疾患を引き起こすのか、神経の流れはどのように障害されるのか、その障害をどのように修復するのか、といった具体的なポイントを理解し、それらを学ぶことで、人間の健康と元気に貢献できる喜びを感じていただきたいのです。今回使用するグラフィックは、私の強い要望により、米国で指折りの優秀なデザイナー(撮影・編集も担当)に作成していただきました。作成にあたり、お互いの意思疎通や技術の面で苦労しましたが、その甲斐あってよいものができたと喜んでいます。このDVDの内容は、あくまでも基礎であり、ガンステッ・ドカイロプラクティックという大きな世界の基本を学ぶためのものです。基本を徹底的に習得してください。それができて初めて、実践力を学ぶ準備ができるのです。
