日本代购-Big Muffの最初期のサウンドを体験できる数少ないペダル！ 1960年代後半にファズを愛するすべてのギタリストが通るペダル（偏見です） "Big Muff" が誕生しました。生産時期によってさまざまなバリエーションがあり、やはり初期のTriangleと呼ばれる個体は特別な存在感を放っています。その中でも更に最初期と言われているTriangle V1 Firstは、Parfboard（蛇の目基板）を使用しパーツとパーツを直接つなげる"Point To Point"で作られており、とても不安定で芸術的です。サウンドは時代背景もあってか、数多くあるバリエーションの中でも最もファズらしい荒々しさを持ち、図太さの中にもナイフのような鋭い高音を感じます。これは明らかにtriangleより後のバリエーションにはない特徴です。 そんなTriangle V1 Firstを研究してサウンドを再現した「GRUFF V1」。そして、その研究結果を使って開発したモデルが「GRUFF result」になります。RoShi Pedalsは自身が所有するTriangle V1 Firstと徹底的に比較、開発を繰り返し「GRUFF V1」を発表しました。歴史的に貴重なTriangle V1 Firstをここまで研究、設計されたペダルは多くないと思います。少なくとも私の所有する個体に近い音のするペダルは見たことがありません。 今回の主役である「GRUFF result」は、「GRUFF V1」を研究したデータを使用して開発しています。もちろんオリジナルのサウンドの再現が前提ですが、私がバンドアンサンブルの中で使う際に欲しいモードを追加しています。また外部電源のノイズ対策も施し、ケースのサイズを小さくしたりするなど使いやすいモデルにしました。 皆さんが気になっているだろうパーツですが、こちらもやっぱり苦労しました。トランジスタは全数測定を行っています。以前から集めていたので余裕で足りるだろうと思っていたら、制作する段階で実際に計測すると全然ほしい測定値がでないんですよ！結局、追加で入手する自体になりましたが必要数をなんとか確保しました。シグナルに大切なカップリングコンデンサには、「GRUFF V1」にも使用したERO社のMKT1813を採用しています。高価なコンデンサですが、見た目や音が気に入っていたので贅沢に採用しています。ポットは大きい方（24mm POT）を採用しています。通常は16mm POTと呼ばれコンパクトでエフェクターでは主にこれが使用されます。しかし24mm POTは曲者で、場所を取るうえに取り付けも手間がかかる。でも24mmの方がかっこいいので、魔が差して採用してしまいました。またカーボンコンポジットの可変抵抗ということもあり、16mmより24mmの方が音もとても良いです。 ケースは小さくなりましたが、BIGなサウンドを目指して妥協なく開発しています。世界中で最も愛されているファズの一つであるBig Muff。その最初期のサウンドを体験できる数少ないペダルに仕上がったと思います。ぜひ体験してください！ ■Specs ◯コントロール : VOLUME、SUSTAIN(GAIN)、FUZZ(TONE) ◯スイッチング方式 : トゥルーバイパス ◯接続端子 : 1/4インチ標準フォーン・ジャック×2 (入力、出力) ◯電源方式 : 9VセンターマイナスDC電源 (電池可9V形006P型) ◯消費電流 : 3mA ◯寸法 : 幅 (W) 81.5 mm、奥行き (D) 135 mm、高さ (H) 66 mm(フットスイッチやジャック等の突起物含む) ◯重量 : 470g ◯付属品 : 保証書 ※画像はサンプルです。
