日本代购-■ブドウ品種：シラー主体、ネロ・ダーヴォラ ■熟成は80％をステンレスタンク、残りの20％を2000Lの大樽で数か月間。 ■コメント：パレルモのモンレアーレにあるプレスティ エ ペーニの畑のブドウを使用。海抜300m。共に強い個性とストラクチャーを生み出す土着品種ネロ ダヴォラと国際派シラーの合体によって生まれたこのワインは、ベリー系果実の芳醇で複雑な香りと力強いながら円みを帯びた味わいを備えている。“ベヌアーラ”とは地中海地域特有の小さな赤い花の名前。 ■畑は海抜300メートルの丘陵地にあり、ネロ・ダーヴォラは南向き、シラーは南東向きで、ブドウの木の密度は1haあたり5000本、収量は1haあたり55hl。 収穫は、シラーは8月の最後の10日間、ネロ・ダーヴォラは9月の最初の10日間に箱詰めによる手作業で行われる。 ■ジェームス・サックリング93点！ 濃厚なブラックベリー、ダークチェリー、スミレのエキス、果肉のような果実の野心的で暗く陰鬱な香り。フルボディで豊満な味わいには、きめ細かいタンニンと肉付きの良い果実味が控えている。重く、かなり長い。本間チョースケ超厳選。 飲むべきイタリアワイン103本！ モダンワインの旗手からテロワール伝道師へ 「シチリアは島ではなく大陸である」 　2000年の創業から20年以上が経過、現在は、サステナビリティやダイバーシティを尊重、彼らの信条「シチリアは島ではなく大陸である」を体現するワイナリーへと変貌を遂げた。 　シチリアはエトナ山のワインを除けば、生産地域や畑のテロワールについて語られることは少なかった。しかし小さな島ではなく（実際、四国の4/5の面積がある）、地域ごとに標高差やミクロクリマ（微気候）、テロワールの違いがあるまさに「大陸」なのである。クズマーノ社5つのテヌータ（地所）を所有するが、例えばパレルモ県ピアーナ・デッリ・アルバネージにあるテヌータ・フィクッツァは海抜700mで冬には降雪するほど冷涼、シチリアでは難しいとされるスプマンテを生産している。またシチリア南部のカルタニッセッタ県ブテーラにあるテヌータ・サン・ジャコモは他にない、まさに白亜の粘土石灰土壌で、ネロ・ダーヴォラ100％で造るエレガントスタイルの「サガナ」というワインを生産している。 　フラッグシップワイン「ノア」と、ブレンドする品種の異なる弟分「ベヌアーラ」は、いずれもパレルモ県モンレアレにあるテヌータ・プレスティ・エ・ペッニで造られる。日照時間が長く夏は暑い。南仏的なテロワールでフランス品種の黒ブドウが植樹されており、ネロ・ダーヴォラよりもパワフルなものになる。トスカーナ州ではメルローが成功を収めているが、シチリアではフランス品種の中でもシラーが最も成功していると思う。「ベヌアーラ」はネロ・ダーヴォラ70％にシラー30％をブレンドして造るモダンワイン。黒色に紫が感じられる濃厚な色調、コンポートしたブラックカラント、オレンジピールのような充実した果実のアロマが印象的なフルボディ。根底にシラー由来のスパイスのヒントがありアクセントとなっている。パワフルだが明らかにエレガントになっており、以前のラベルに描かれていた小さな赤い花（ベヌアーラ）は大輪の花となった。
