日本代购-■良質の天然油脂を原料にした無添加の洗濯用粉石けんです。木綿から毛糸・絹まで何でも洗うことができ、汚れ落ちもよく、仕上がりもとてもソフトなので、柔軟剤は必要ありません。中空粒状の粉石けんですので、ダマにならず溶けやすくなりました。 ■防腐剤・香料・色素など化学物質は一切使用してません。 ■ご使用後の排水は一日で水と炭酸ガスに分解され環境を汚しません。原材料:純石けん分（99％　脂肪酸ナトリウム）【内容量】1.5kg(約45回分) シャボン玉石けんの工場見学 2015年3月14日にシャボン玉石けんの工場見学に行ってきました。 シャボン玉石けんは今から10年以上前に新聞で会社の生い立ちを知るようになり、それからずっと気になっていた会社さんです。 全国の自然食品店が集う会で工場見学の機会があり、とても楽しみにしていまいた。 「無添加せっけん」これがシャボン玉石けんが信念を持って作り続けている石けんであり、商品名の通り、原料は「石けん素地」「純石けん分」しかありません。 ただ、この無添加と言う表示は法的に拘束されているものではないので、いろんな会社さんが「無添加」と大きく表示し、その横に小さく「蛍光剤」や「漂白剤」と書いている商品を巷でたまに見かけますが、シャボン玉石けんとは全く別物の石けんとなります。 石けんを作る方法には「ケン化法」と「中和法」と言うものがあり、 昔ながらの作り方のケン化法をシャボン玉石けんでは採用しています。 このケン化法、石けん完成まで1週間と言う長い時間を要し、職人の技量が必要なのですが、 4~5時間で出来上がる中和法に比べて断然、肌にやさしい作り方になります。 大きな鍋でグツグツと石けんの卵が熱され、その後、熟成また加熱を1週間繰り返され、 見た目、におい、手触り、味を確かめ製品へと変わってゆきます。 この味と言うテスト。 普通では考えられないテストです。 他社の石鹸製造会社さんは恐らくしていないことだし、恐ろしくてできないでしょう。 この味と言うテストを見よう見まねで口の中へ入れてみましたが、決して美味しいものではありません。 でもそれだけ安全だということです。 石鹸の起源は紀元前3000年頃だと言われています。 その当時の作り方は木灰にいろいろな油を混ぜて煮たそうで、塗り薬や織布の漂白洗浄に使われていたそうです。 本格的な石鹸製造は、現在のスペインやイタリアで始まりました。 このころの石鹸は動物性脂肪と木灰から作った「軟石鹸」と言うもので12世紀ごろになると、 地中海沿岸のオリーブ油と海藻灰を原料とした硬石鹸が工業的に作られるようになりました。 18世紀に入ると需要が増え、海藻や木から灰を作るだけでは追いつかなくなり、重曹で作る方法になってゆきます。 石けんの歴史は相当永く、基本的な作り方は何も変わっていません。 また、純粋な石鹸はかなりの洗浄力があり、キチンと汚れは取っていますが繊維自体の劣化の黄ばみはどうにもできません。 そこで登場するのが白さを際立たせる「蛍光剤」や「蛍光増白剤」など。 シャボン玉石けん以外ではほとんど入っている添加物ですが単に染色しているだけで、まあ言えばペンキと何も変わらないのです。 ちなみにこれは食品は勿論のこと、紙コップ、台所用ふきん、食器、紙ナプキン、などなど食品の包装箱などにも禁止。 口に入れても大丈夫な『シャボン玉無添加せっけん』とは大違いですね。
