日本代购-爽やかですっきりとした味わいの米だけで作ったマッコリ。■ソウル月梅・米マッコリの美味しさ韓国で絶大な人気を誇るのが、ソウル月梅（ウォルメ）マッコリです。メーカーのソウル濁酒製造協会は、1962年に設立された業界大手で、最も歴史のある濁酒製造団体です。 低温で完全熟成させ、最先端の設備で完全滅菌処理をしてから炭酸を添加しているので、ピリっとした刺激と爽やかなスッキリとした味わいが楽しめます。また他のマッコリは小麦粉を使用することが多いのですが、月梅は米だけで作っています。マッコリはアルコール度数が低いため飲みやすく、ビタミンBやたんぱく質を多く含んだ栄養価が高い健康的なお酒です。食中酒としてもお楽しみいただけます。マッコリは専用のひょうたん型をしたひしゃくと器で飲まれたり、ざっくばらんな付合いではやかんで飲んだりもします。マッコリは韓国の代表的な伝統酒であり、また歴史が最も古い酒です。その名前はこの酒が麹から作られ、その麹を粗く（マッ）漉して（コルダ）作ることから付けられました。マッコリは米のご飯に小麦を混ぜて仕込んだ酒で、陶器の壷や甕などの上に「井」型の棒切れを置き、その上にふるいを乗せて、濁った酒をもみほぐしながら漉したものだったといいます。色が米のとぎ汁のように濁っており、6〜7度とアルコール度数が低い酒です。酵母やビタミンB複合体、タンパク質、無機質、甘酸味をもつ有機酸など人体に必要な様々な栄養素が含まれています。よいマッコリは「甘」「酸」「辛」「苦」「渋味」がバランスよくとれており、適度な甘みと清涼感をもっています。因みに韓国人は雨が降るとなぜかしら、チヂミとマッコリ、あるいはカルグッス（韓国風うどん）が食べたくなるそうです。これには農耕社会の時代、雨で農作業ができない時にチヂミとマッコリを食べて時間を潰したから、あるいは雨の音がチヂミを焼く油の音を連想させるから、雨の降る日は肌寒いので温かい食べ物を食べたくなるからなどと諸説ありますが、真偽のほどは定かではありません。マッコリはよく冷やしてからお飲み下さい。また濁り酒なので成分が沈殿するため、良く振ってからお召し上がり下さい。（キャップを開ける際、液体が吹き出ることもありますのでご注意を）お好みでイチゴシロップやメロンシロップなどと混ぜると、美味しいフルーツマッコリが簡単にできます。またマッコリ3にサイダー2の分量で、美味しいスパークリングマッコリが作れます。 原材料 米、オリゴ糖、米麹、アスパルテーム・L-フェニルアラニン化合物、クエン酸、炭酸ガス 内容量 1000ml/本 アルコール 6度 賞味期限ボトルに表記。冷暗所に立てて保管し、開栓後はお早めにお召し上がり下さい。また配送時に商品の性質上、ボトルより液漏れすることがありますが、品質には問題がありませんので、安心してお召し上がり下さい。 保存方法 常温 輸入業者 笠畑商事（福岡県福岡市東区） 当店人気NO.1 ヤンニョムケジャン足だけ400g ・ケジャンをもっと見る あわせてチェックしたいアイテム ・白菜キムチ ・高麗人参製品 ・オモリキムチチゲラーメン
