日本代购-【商品説明】「ピロエースZ液 15ml」は、殺真菌成分「ラノコナゾール」配合剤のみずむし・たむし治療薬です。・殺真菌成分「ラノコナゾール」が、患部に良く浸透し、角質が厚くなってしまったみずむしにも効果を発揮します。　長時間患部に貯留し、1日1回の使用で効果をあらわします。　・「クロルフェニラミンマレイン酸塩」「クロタミトン」が、患部の不快なかゆみをしずめます。・「l-メントール」が、患部にスーッとした清涼感を与え、かゆみをしずめます。・「グリチルレチン酸」が、患部の炎症をおさえます。・カサカサタイプの症状に塗りやすく、使いやすい液剤です。【効果・効能】みずむし、いんきんたむし、ぜにたむし 【剤型】 外用液剤【使用上の注意】●してはいけないこと(守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用が起こりやくなる)1.次の人は使用しないこと本剤または本剤の成分により、アレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人2.次の部位には使用しないこと(1)目や目の周囲、顔面、粘膜(例えば口腔、鼻腔、膣など)、陰のう、外陰部など(2)湿疹(3)湿潤、ただれ、亀裂や外傷のひどい患部●相談すること 1.次の人は使用前に医師又は薬剤師に相談してください(1)医師の治療を受けている人(2)妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある人(3)乳幼児(4)本人又は家族がアレルギー体質の人(5)薬によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人(6)患部が顔面又は広範囲の人(7)患部が化膿している人(8)「湿疹」か「みずむし、いんきんたむし、ぜにたむし」かがはっきりしない人(陰のうにかゆみ・ただれ等の症状がある場合は、湿疹等他の原因による場合が多い。)2.次の場合は、直ちに使用を中止し、この説明文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談してください(1)使用後、次の症状があらわれた場合皮ふ：発疹・発赤、かゆみ、かぶれ、はれ、刺激感、水疱、亀裂、乾燥・つっぱり感、ただれなお、「むくみ、息苦しさ」があらわれた場合には、直ちに医師の診察を受けて下さい。(2)2週間位使用しても症状が良くならない場合や、本剤の使用により症状が悪化した場合 【用法容量】1日1回、適量を患部に塗布してください【用法・用量に関連する注意】(1)定められた用法を厳守すること。(2)患部やその周囲が汚れたまま使用しないこと。(3)足の指の間にみずむしがある場合には患部から2-3cm位、その他のみずむし、たむしには5cm位の距離から噴霧してください。なお、噴霧口をよく確かめ、顔面特に目にむけて噴霧したり、吸入しないでください。また、点鼻用として鼻腔内に使用しないでください(4)目に入らないよう注意すること。万一目に入った場合には、すぐに水又はぬるま湯で洗い、直ちに眼科医の診療を受けること。(5)本剤のついた手で、目や粘膜にふれないでください。(6)小児に使用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させること。(7)外用にのみ使用すること。【成分・分量】(100ml中)ラノコナゾール　　1.0gクロルフェニラミンマレイン酸塩　　0.5gクロタミトン　 5.0g グリチルレチン酸塩 　0.5g l-メントール 　1.0g 添加物：マクロゴール、アジピン酸ジイソプロピル、pH調節剤、エタノール【保管および取扱い上の注意】(1)直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に密栓して保管してください。(2)小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。(3)他の容器に入れ替えないでください。(誤用の原因になったり品質が変わる。)(4)使用期限をすぎた製品は使用しないでください。なお、使用期限内であっても開封後は品質保持の点からなるべく早く使用してください。広告文責：株式会社ドラッグピュア作成：201405ST神戸市北区鈴蘭台北町1丁目1-11-103TEL:0120-093-849製造販売：第一三共ヘルスケア株式会社郵便番号103-8234 東京都中央区日本橋3-14-10TEL：03-5205-8331受付時間：9：00-17：00(土、日、祝日を除く)区分：指定第2類医薬品登録販売者：松田誠司 ■ 関連商品 水虫薬第一三共ヘルスケア製薬株式会社お取扱商品
