日本代购-ギフト対応 ■アルマニャックは味はもちろんのこと、是非香りも楽しんで頂きたいです。グラスにアルマニャックを注いで、そっと鼻を近づけると、繊細な香りが漂う。 そして少し口に含んだだけで、口いっぱいに芳醇な風味が広がるのを是非お楽しみ頂きたいと思います。 ■アルマニャックの楽しみ方 グラスに注いだアルマニャックを手で暖めながらゆったりと楽しんで下さい。 チョコレートとの相性も良いお酒ですので食後に楽しむのが最適。 コーヒーに少しいれて楽しむのも通っぽくて素敵ですね。 【YDKG-tk】私は、熟成したワインが好きで「これはどうかな？」と思えるようなものも いろいろと試すのですが予想外に良かったりする事が多く 「悪運が強いのかな？」なんて思っております。 ですがワインの場合、古くなればなるほどリスクも高くなり外れる事もあります。 それは温度管理が重要だからです。 ちなみに私は「1968年」生まれなのですがワインの2大産地である ボルドー＆ブルゴーニュは悲惨なヴィンテージでした。 それを物語るかのように1968年、「あのロマネ・コンティ社」は、 白のモンラッシェのみが僅かに造られ赤ワインを生産しなかったのです。（涙） それから古いワインの場合は、澱の処理や熱などに対して弱く管理の難しさも、 普通の方が気軽に楽しめない原因の1つだと思います。 しかし、ここでご紹介するアルマニャックは、 管理の難しさ、飲む方の難しさなどとは一切無縁なのです。 ですから私のように悪いヴィンテージで飲み頃を過ぎているワインがほとんどで 悲しんでいる方にもお勧めしたいと思います。 アルマニャックの起源であるガスコーニュでは、ゆっくりと時が流れています。畑で古くから受け継がれてきた手法により育てられたブドウが、蒸留され奇跡とも思える長期熟成を可能にしています。モンタル・アルマニャックは、その土壌からの類まれなる味わいを発しているのです。バス・アルマニャックの土壌、ガスコーニュの汚染されていない砂の土壌は、アルマニャックに軽いアロマを与え、石英質の粘土で造られた枯れた土壌は、バス・アルマニャック ブランデーに、淡いプルーンの風味を与えるのです。使用部葡萄品は、フォール・ブランシュ、ユニ・ブラン、コロンバール。 自然な醸造方法にこだわり、人工的な添加物等を一切加えないことをポリシーとし、長きにわたる醸造経験を活かし、最高のアロマを長く保てるように大事に育てられます。 熟練した醸造担当者の監視のもと、フルーツの香りやブランデーの風味が逃げていかないように、適量の蒸気が樽から出されて、長年にわたる熟成により、豊かで特徴的なブランデーに成長するのです。 100ガロンの樽は近隣の森林で採れた長年の白オークを使用。涼しいセラーの中で蒸発が起こり、自然にブランデーの量が減少していく。（天使の分け前）ブランデー・樽・空気の間で循環が起こり、それが半永久的に続く。まるで魔法のように、樽からブランデーにゴールデンカラー、香り高いバニラやプラムのアロマが与えられていくのです。 アルマニャックは味はもちろんのこと、是非香りも楽しんで頂きたいです。グラスにアルマニャックを注いで、そっと鼻を近づけると、繊細な香りが漂う。そして少し口に含んだだけで、口いっぱいに芳醇な風味が広がるのを是非お楽しみ頂きたいと思います。 グラスに注いだアルマニャックを手で暖めながらゆったりと楽しんで下さい。 チョコレートとの相性も良いお酒ですので食後に楽しむのが最適。 コーヒーに少しいれて楽しむのも通っぽくて素敵ですね。 モンタル （1989〜1980年） モンタル （1979〜1970年） モンタル （1969〜1960年） モンタル （1959〜1950年） モンタル （1949〜1940年） モンタル （1939〜1930年） モンタル （1929〜1920年） モンタル （1919〜1910年） モンタル （1909〜1900年） モンタル （1900年以前）
