日本代购-1個2個セット4個セットこの商品は医薬品です、同梱されている添付文書を必ずお読みください。エスエス製薬株式会社 医薬品の使用期限 医薬品に関しては特別な表記の無い限り、1年以上の使用期限のものを販売しております。1年以内のものに関しては使用期限を記載します。 名称 【第2類医薬品】（＃）アレジオン20　6錠 内容量 6錠 商品説明 アレジオン20は、第2世代抗ヒスタミン成分に分類されるエピナスチン塩酸塩を医療用と同量配合（エピナスチン塩酸塩20mg 1錠あたり）したアレルギー専用の鼻炎症状改善薬です。花粉やハウスダストによる鼻炎症状は、それらを吸い込んだ時にヒスタミンやロイコトリエンといった原因物質が体内で放出されることで起こります。エピナスチン塩酸塩は原因物質の作用を阻害するとともに、放出自体を抑えることでアレルギーによる鼻炎症状にすぐれた効果を発揮します。 用法・容量・使用方法 次の1回量を1日1回、就寝前に水又はぬるま湯で服用してください。［年齢：1回量］成人（15才以上）：1錠15才未満：服用しないこと［用法・用量に関連する注意］（1）用法・用量を厳守してください。（2）花粉などの季節性のアレルギー性鼻炎症状に使用する場合は、花粉飛散予測日から、又は、症状が出始めたら早めに服用を始めると効果的です。（3）錠剤の取り出し方 錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り、取り出してお飲みください。（誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さるなど思わぬ事故につながります。） 効能・効果 花粉、ハウスダスト（室内塵）などによる次のような鼻のアレルギー症状の緩和：鼻みず、鼻づまり、くしゃみ 使用上の注意 （守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用・事故が起こりやすくなります。） 1．次の人は服用しないでください　（1）本剤又は本剤の成分によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。　（2）15才未満の小児。　（3）次の診断を受けた人。　肝臓病2．本剤を服用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も使用しないでください　他のアレルギー用薬（皮膚疾患用薬、鼻炎用内服薬を含む）、抗ヒスタミン剤を含有する内服薬等（かぜ薬、鎮咳去痰薬、乗物酔い薬、催眠鎮静薬等）3．服用後、乗物又は機械類の運転操作をしないでください　（眠気等があらわれることがあります。）4．授乳中の人は本剤を服用しないか、本剤を服用する場合は授乳を避けてください5．服用前後は飲酒しないでください 1．次の人は服用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください　（1）医師の治療を受けている人。　（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。　（3）高齢者。　（4）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。　（5）アレルギーによる症状か他の原因による症状かはっきりしない人。　（6）気管支ぜんそく、アトピー性皮膚炎等の他のアレルギー疾患の診断を受けたことがある人。　（7）エピナスチン塩酸塩を10mg含有する医薬品から本剤に変更しようとしている人。2．服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、直ちに服用を中止し、この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください[関係部位：症状]皮膚：発疹・発赤、はれ、かゆみ消化器：吐き気・嘔吐、口内炎、胃部不快感、腹痛、胃重感、胃もたれ感、腹部膨満感、食欲不振経系：めまい、不眠、頭痛、頭がボーッとする、しびれ感、悪夢、幻覚、幻聴呼吸器：息苦しい循環器：動悸泌尿器：排尿困難、頻尿、血尿、蛋白尿その他：むくみ、ほてり、胸痛、痰がからむ、倦怠感、鼻づまり、月経異常、苦味を感じる、味覚が弱くなる、女性化乳房（男性に見られる女性のような乳房）、乳房が大きくなるまれに下記の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。[症状の名称：症状]肝機能障害：発熱、かゆみ、発疹、黄疸（皮膚や白目が黄色くなる）、褐色尿、全身のだるさ、食欲不振等があらわれる。血小板減少：血液中の成分である血小板の数が減ることにより、鼻血、歯ぐきからの出血、青あざ等の出血症状があらわれる。3．服用後、次の症状があらわれることがあるので、このような症状の持続又は増強が見られた場合には、服用を中止し、この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください　口のかわき、便秘、下痢、眠気4．1週間位服用（他のエピナスチン塩酸塩を含有する医薬品の服用期間を含む）しても症状がよくならない場合は服用を中止し、この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください5．症状の改善が見られても2週間（他のエピナスチン塩酸塩を含有する医薬品の服用期間を含む）を超えて服用する場合は、医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください 保管上の注意 （1）直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に保管してください。（2）小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。（3）他の容器に入れ替えないでください。（誤用の原因になったり品質が変わることがあります。）（4）使用期限をすぎたものは服用しないでください。 成分・原材料 1錠（1日量）中:エピナスチン塩酸塩　20mg 販売、発売、製造、または輸入元 エスエス製薬株式会社東京新宿区西新宿3-20-2　 お問合せ先 エスエス製薬お客様相談室0120-028-193 原産国 日本 広告文責　株式会社クスリのアオキ リスク区分  第2類医薬品
