DENIM 1947 MODEL (REGULAR STRAIGHT) ■商品： "SUGAR CANE STANDARD DENIM" 戦後、1940年代後半のジーンズにみられる贅沢なディテールを余すところなく再現したシュガーケーンの代表作「1947モデル」。 ヴィンテージデニムをもとに紡績、染色、織り、縫製の全行程にこだわり、“STANDARD DENIM”の名にふさわしい1本に仕上げている。 シルエットはレギュラーストレート。 紡績、染色、織り、縫製の全工程にこだわってヴィンテージデニムを再現した結果、 多くの人々に長年愛用され、定番として作り続けられる名作。これこそが真の“STANDARD”である。 形がスタンダードなだけでなく、糸や染め、縫製や仕様など製品の品質が高く、価格も抑えられ、定番として長く作り続けられるジーンズ。 1947年製のヴィンテージジーンズを手本に、生地、パーツ、型紙、縫製仕様を再現している。 ●フロントのボタンフライ 現代の衣料ではジップフライがほとんどだが、1947年当時はボタンフライが主流であった。 このジーンズは防縮加工を施していない生地を使用しているので、ファスナーを取り付けてから洗濯をすると生地が縮んでジッパーが使えなくなることもその理由のひとつ。 ヴィンテージに倣い、オリジナル刻印入りの鉄製ボタンを使用されている。 ●コインポケット コインポケット口の端にはセルビッジを使用。 打ち抜き式の銅製リベットで補強を施している。 エイジングサンプルを見ればわかる通り、生地やパーツにこだわった結果、 無理に手を加えなくても着用と洗濯を繰り返すごとにデニム生地は褪色し、リベットは酸化して美しい経年変化をみせる。 ●ウエストベルト、ベルトループ、革パッチ ウエストベルトの上部にステッチをかける際、ベルトループと革パッチも一緒に縫い付けられる。 パッチは鹿革製。ヴィンテージジーンズをみると後中心のベルトループはオフセットされる時期もあるが、 1947モデルはセンタリングされている。規格が未統一の時代に作られたヴィンテージ同様、縫製には色と太さの異なる数十種類の綿糸を各所で使い分けるなど、細部にわたり忠実に再現している。 ●ヒップポケットの縫い付け ヒップポケットの縫い付けは左右ともに共通して、向かって右上のコバステッチから始まり、 ポケットの左上まで行ったあと内側に入り、内側のステッチを入れて右上に帰る一筆仕様。 補強のため施されたグレーの隠しバータックが若干覗いている。 ●コンシールリベット（隠しリベット） むき出しのリベットでは馬の鞍や車、家具などを傷つけてしまうおそれがあることから、 1937年より採用されたコンシールリベット（隠しリベット）は内側から確認できる。 ●袋地のセルビッジ、小股部分の補強 腰ポケットの袋地。底部分の縫い代の端にはセルビッジが使われている。 負荷のかかる小股部分のステッチには太番手の綿糸を使用。 生地が集まる厚い部分に補強のカンヌキ（バータック）が入れられる。 ●ポケットの袋地、裾のセルビッジとチェーンステッチ 裏からみたポケットの袋地。角の部分はカーブ仕上げとなっている。 アウトシームの縫い代端はセルビッジを使用。裾上げステッチの内側はチェーンステッチになっている。 ワンウォッシュ ※万一返品・交換される方は返品の送料・再送の際に発生する送料はご負担いただきますのでご了承ください。 ウエスト ワタリ 股上 股下 裾幅 w29 74cm 27cm 27cm 82cm 21cm w30 76cm 28cm 27cm 85cm 22cm w31 78cm 28.5cm 28cm 86cm 22cm w32 81cm 29cm 29cm 86cm 22cm w33 82cm 30cm 29cm 86cm 23cm w34 86cm 30cm 29.5cm 85cm 23cm w36 90cm 31cm 31cm 86cm 24cm w38 96cm 32cm 33cm 91cm 26cm 着用参考サイズ 175cm 70kg W34着用 ※画像と商品の風合い、色が若干異なる場合もあります。 また各サイズも1商品ずつ若干異なることもありますのでご了承ください。 誠に申し訳御座いませんが、 弊社ではパンツの裾上げを承っておりません
