日本代购-トレンティーノ、ファーヴァーに位置する蒸留所「ピルツァー」。 標高が800mにも達し、冷涼な気候であるこの地は、グラッパ造りに重要な高品質の水が豊富で、昔から蒸留が盛んに行われていました。 1957年に先代が蒸留所として創業し、現在はブルーノ・ピルツァー氏がオーナーとなっています。 ブルーノ氏は非常に人望が厚く、また行動派でもある人物。 彼が父からこの蒸留所を受け継いだ時、運営許可の下りていない蒸留所が含まれており、何度申請しても蒸留所として新たに運営許可を下ろさない政治システムにやりきれなさを感じていました。 「それなら自分が許可をする側にまわればよい」と考えたブルーノ氏は市長に立候補し見事当選。 1990～2005年の間、市長の職を全うしながら、蒸留所も運営、今までいくら待っても下りなかった自分の蒸留所の運営許可も下ろしました。 現在はイタリアでも有数の研究部門をもつ「Istituto San Michele (サンミケーレ農業研究所)」の蒸留研究室の責任者も務めており、週に3回は研究所に通っているまさに「グラッパ博士」です。 ITEM INFORMATION 美しい手吹きガラスボトルに詰められた 上品で繊細な、花のようなグラッパ PILZER Grappa di Moscato Rosa Vetro Soffiato Artigianale ピルツァー グラッパ ディ モスカート ローザ 手吹き硝子瓶 業者の介在なしに生産者から直接運ばれてきたブドウの搾り滓をすぐに蒸留。 蒸留されたグラッパをアルコール度数約70度で、翌年7月まで専用ステンレスタンクで保存、その後フィルターをかけてこの地区の地下水で43度まで度数を下げ瓶詰め。 Tasting Note バラの花びらの繊細なアロマやスパイス、複雑な花の香りを含む非常に長い余韻が特徴。 味わいはあくまで繊細かつ上品、洗練されたノートが初めから終わりまで継続する。 商品仕様・スペック 生産者ピルツァー 生産地イタリア/トレンティーノ・アルト・アディジェ タイプグラッパ 原材料モスカート・ローザ100％ 内容量500ml 度数43.00度
