日本代购-Information 商 品 名name Domaine des Chezeaux Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru 1997 蔵 元wine maker ドメーヌ・デ・シェゾー / Domaine des Chezeaux 産 地terroir フランス/France＞ブルゴーニュ地方/Bourgogne＞コート・ド・ニュイ地区/Cote de Nuits＞ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン村/Gerey Chambertin＞グリオット・シャンベルタン(グラン・クリュ)/Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru 格 付 けclass A.O.C グリオット・シャンベルタン グラン・クリュ / Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru ヴィンテージvintage 1997年 品 種cepage ピノ・ノワール100％ 種 類 / 味わいtype/taste 赤red / 辛口dry 容 量net volume 750ml 輸 入import 正規輸入代理店ドメーヌ・デ・シェゾーはグリオット・シャンベルタンの最大の所有者で、畑の60％近くを所有しています。他にもクロ・サン・ドニ(樹齢100年-ただし、空きスペースの植え替えにより、この平均樹齢は徐々に下がる可能性あり)、シャンベルタン、そしてジュヴレ1級畑のいくつかの優良区画を所有しています。3つのグラン・クリュはローラン・ポンソ、グリオットはルネ・ルクレール、その他のジュヴレはドメーヌ・ベルソーへと畑を借しています。 ドメーヌは1982年に、現在も会社(SNV des Chezeaux)を経営するメルシエ家の所有地から形成されました。Chezeauxという名前は、ジュヴレのシャトーの近くにあるメルシエ家の元の邸宅を意味し、その塀の中に約半ヘクタールのブドウ畑、Clos de Chezeauxがあります。所有畑の基礎は1928年からのものですが、現在、一族にワインメーカーはいないため、彼らの所有畑はすべて'en metayage'、すなわち、他の農家（ポンソ、ルクレール、ベルソー）によって耕作されており、それぞれが、仕上がったワインの約半分を地代としてシェゾーへ納品されています。 グリオット・シャンベルタンのブドウ畑の地図を見ると、上にクロ・ド・ベーズ、下に国道74号線、そしてグリオットがあり、ドメーヌ・デ・シェゾーのブドウの木が畑の中央部を占めているのが分かります。ルネ・ルクレールで試飲したワインが彼によるものかローラン・ポンソによるものかは、ボトルの底にある凸凹のトリックを知らなければ分からないかも知れません。ワインは同じコルクを使用しており、ラベルが貼られるのはシェゾーを出てからです。 もともとの0.89haの区画は、1982年からドメーヌ・ポンソのものでしたが、メルシエ家とのがメタヤージュ契約について意見の違いがありました。そのため話し合いの最中はシェゾーの所有地の大部分は一時期ルクレールによって耕作されていました。状況からして、メルシエ家にワインメーカーがいないことを考えると、このブドウ畑は今後しばらくポンソが利用することになるでしょう。 0.68haのシェゾーの区画は、1994年のヴィンテージに間に合うようにシュザンヌ・トーマス女史から購入されたもので、ジュヴリー・シャンベルタンのドメーヌ、ルネ・ルクレールによって、当初からシェゾーを代表して利用されてきました。この区画はルクレール以前はエスモナン家が耕作しており、彼らのバージョン(何らかの取り決めにより、エスモナン家の最後のボトルは1999年ヴィンテージのものである)とルイ・ジャドが販売したバージョンを占めています。2001年、ルネ・ルクレールは合計8樽を生産し、その過程で新樽を〜35％使用。畑の大部分は1980年代に植え替えられ(ドルーアンと同様)、さらに2002年に植え替えられたウヴレもあります。 各ドメーヌから納入されたワインは、ルネ・ルクレールの地下で管理熟成されています。木樽発酵、小樽熟成による伝統的な醸造方法を行っており、ノンフィルタ、卵白による澱引きはワインの本来持つ香りと味わいを十分に引き出します。果実味を活かした洗練されたタイプと言えます。 ※インポーター様資料より
