日本代购-Information 商 品 名name Thomas Morey Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Truffieres 2022 蔵 元wine maker ドメーヌ トマ・モレ(トーマス・モレ) / Domaine Thomas Morey 産 地terroir フランス/France＞ブルゴーニュ地方/Bourgogne＞コート・ド・ボーヌ地区/Cote de Beaune＞ピュリニー・モンラッシェ/Puligny Montrachet 格 付 けclass A.O.C ピュリニー・モンラッシェ プルミエ・クリュ / Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru ヴィンテージvintage 2022年 品 種cepage シャルドネ100％ 種 類 / 味わいtype/taste 白white / 辛口dry 容 量net volume 750ml 輸 入import 正規輸入代理店 AMZ 情 報information この区画の名前はブルゴーニュのトリュフが由来で、ワインはピュリニー・モンラッシェで最も小さなテロワールのひとつで造られています。 同じ面積で2回植えられたブドウの木から造られており、1回目は1952年、2回目は1986年です。 スモーキーなミネラルと、ピュアな白桃とフレッシュなレモンの果実味。口に含むと肉付きがよく、リッチ。余韻の長さも印象的なワインです。DRCで働いていた時に実践していた全く同じ栽培法を取り入れ、更なる高みへと登り続けているトマ・モレ。彼のワインは恵まれたテロワールの素晴らしさを最大限に活かし、得られる全ての要素を余すところなく表現した見事な仕上がりです。確かな知識に裏打ちされた巧みな造りと、天性とも言えるその優れた感性との融合から生まれるワインは他の追随を許しません。近い将来、ブルゴーニュの今後を背負って立つであろうと予感させるほどです。栽培は以前からビオロジックを実践していましたが、いくつかの畑では既にビディナミへ移行済です。 シャサーニュ村トップのひとつだった父ベルナール・モレから2007年に畑を譲り受けて以来、瞬く間に頭角を現したトマ・モレ。このドメーヌは、シャサーニュの伝統を17世紀まで遡る一族の出身です。シャサーニュ・モンラッシェから10キロほど離れたソーヌ・エ・ロワール県の小さなコミューン、パリ・ロピタルの出身であるクロード・モレは、1643年にこの村にやってきました。彼とその子孫たちは、ブドウ畑で働いたり、樽職人として働いたりしながら、徐々にブドウ畑と土地を入手。ブドウ栽培が主な仕事となったのは19世紀末のことです。父ベルナールと兄ヴァンサンと数年間働いた後、トマと妻シルヴィは2006年に自分たちのドメーヌを立ち上げることを決意し、2007年に最初のヴィンテージを生産しました 父や、カリフォルニアで最新の醸造を学ぶなど研鑽を積んできたトマ・モレ。その卓越した感性と才能にいち早く着目したのがDRC(ドメーヌ・ド・ラ・ロマネ・コンティ)当主オベール・ド・ヴィレーヌ氏。トマは自らのドメーヌと並行して2007年〜2009年迄DRCモンラッシェの栽培責任者を担当し、その類まれなる才能を如何なく発揮しました。自分のドメーヌに集中する為、3年でその職を退きましたが、ここでの経験は何物にも替えがたい素晴らしいものだったと語っています。 トマとシルヴィにとって、祖父母たちがやってきた昔ながらアプローチ(除草剤、殺虫剤、人工肥料を完全に避けること)は必然であり目標でもありました。2014年に彼らは正式にこの手法を取り入れて、2017年に認証を取得しました。 セラーでは、自然発酵のみを行い、発酵中に硫黄を使ったことはありません。常に最初に樽に硫黄を添加し、それもごく少量で数回に分けて添加。白ワインは澱の上で熟成させ、バトナージュは行わず、新樽率は20％と控えめです。ワインは瓶詰め前に軽く濾過。ピノは大部分が除梗され、樽熟成は抑えられており、約9ヶ月間樽熟成され、その後瓶詰めされます。 白ワインは、サン・トーバン、ボーヌ、バタール・モンラッシェ、シャサーニュ・モンラッシェ、ピュリニー・モンラッシェから造られます。バタール・モンラッシェはメゾンのグラン・クリュで、樹齢は約70年。ピノ・ノワールはボーヌ、シャサーニュ・モンラッシェ、マランジュ、サントネにあります。トマ・モレが造り出す、全く偽りのない、非常にピュアなワインは、それらが造られたテロワールをはっきりと示しています。 ※インポータ様資料より
