日本代购-【赤】【フランス：ブルゴーニュ】【AOCニュイ・サン・ジョルジュ・プルミエ・クリユ】【品種：ピノ・ノワール】【アルコール度数：13％】【容量：750ml】 BOURGHOUND(AllenMeadows)評価：91－93！飲み頃予想：2024－2038年所有面積：1ha(モノポール)、植樹：1939～1951年 2021年産全房発酵無、樽熟15+タンク熟成3ヶ月Domaine de L’ARLOT ドメーヌ・ド・ラルロその実力はデュジャック仕込み！！ニュイ・サン・ジョルジュから2km南に位置するコート・ド・ニュイにあるドメーヌ・ド・ラルロは、ドメーヌ建物の周りの約4．0haのぶどう畑のクロ・ド・ラルロから名付けられました。 “ラルロ”とはプレモー村とクロ・ド・ラルロの地下を流れる小さな川が語源です。 18世紀末、ブルジョア階級出身のジャン・シャルル・ヴィアノがフランス革命(1789年)以降に建物と畑を所有しドメーヌの周りに塀を建設しました。これがクロ・ド・ラルロです。この家族が19世紀末までこのClosを所有していました。 19世紀末から1887年にかけてフィロキセラが猛威をふるい、地所所有者の多くが畑を手放す中、1891年ここを買い取ったのがジュール・ベランJules　Belinです。数年後にはクロ・デ・フォレ・サン・ジョルジュ(7．2ha)とクロ・デュ・シャポー(1．6ha)を手に入れ、その後しばらくドメーヌはベランの子孫が所有していました。 1987年、アクサ創設者クロード・ベベアールClaude Bébéarがぶどう畑と建物を購入、運営をジャン・ピエール・スメに委ねました。これが現代のドメーヌ・ド・ラルロの礎となっています。 1991年にロマネ・サン・ヴィヴァン(0．25ha)、ついで1992年にヴォーヌ・ロマネ　レ・スショ(0．85ha)を購入しました。 2007年にスメ氏の引退に伴い、運営はオリヴィエ・ルリッシュに受け継がれ、また2011年からジャック・ドゥヴォージュに引き継がれました。ジャックがクロ・ド・タールヘッド・ハントされた為、2014年9月、厳しい選考の結果、アレックス・ガンバルで辣腕を振るっていたジェラルディンヌ・ゴド女史が新たにテクニカル・ディレクターとして採用されました。多くの候補者から彼女の高い知識と技術力、情熱や哲学はこれまでの責任者に優るとも劣らないと、ジャック本人やアクサの総責任者も迷わず彼女に太鼓判を押した逸材です。今後、彼女とラルロの個性が、どのような素晴らしい相乗効果を見せるのか世界中が注目しています。ドメーヌ・ド・ラルロは2000年には有機栽培に切り替え、 2003年にはビオディナミ農法へ転換しました。除草剤などの化学的介入は避け、耕作によって畑の微生物を活性化させる事が重要と考えています。房は手で丁寧に摘み取られ、潰れないよう小箱で収穫され、実は2回厳格に選別されます。【ポンプ不使用】：葡萄の到着から樽へのワインの流入まで、ポンプは使用せずすべて重力を利用します。これによりぶどうの重要な性質が保持されます。ワインの中の果実由来のキャラクターがより厳格に守られるのです。ドメーヌ・ド・ラルロでのワイン造りの基本的ルールは、人為的な介入を出来る限り少なくする事です。高品質で凝縮された果実のお陰でワイン造りには手がかかりません。すなわち人の介入は極端に限られるのです。実際のところ、ラルロのぶどうは醸造の過程で手をかけなければかけないほどテロワールが純粋に表現されることがわかっています。 ◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇2021ヴィンテージ情報◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆ 2021年は、温暖な気候に恵まれた数シーズンの後、気まぐれな天候のためにブルゴーニュやヨーロッパのワイン生産者の神経を逆なでするような年でした。 4月に歴史的な霜が降りたため、この2021年ヴィンテージは、より伝統的な熟成に戻ることができ、果実味と新鮮さに満ちた、ほとんどアカデミックなスタイルのピノ・ノワールとシャルドネが期待されます。自然はいつまでも私たちを驚かせてくれます。穏やかで晴れた冬が続いた後、気温が高くなったおかげで、3月の終わりに芽吹きが早くなりました。この早さは、2019年と2020年に近いものです。4月5日から8日にかけて3夜連続で霜が降り、 1週間ですべてが変わりました。コート地方の一部では、最大8の霜が11時間近く降り続きました。霜の影響を最も受けたクロ・ド・ラルロのシャルドネと、より被害を受けたピノ・ノワールの区画の間には、不均質さが見られました。私たちのシャルドネのつるはとても影響を受け、初期の発芽の後にほとんど枯れてしまいました。しかし、ピノ・ノワールのブドウの木は、比較的損失が少なかったです。生長周期の回復は弱く、陰鬱な天候のため、2021年は2011年以来の最も遅いヴィンテージとなりました。ただ前日までの水の蓄積と気温の上昇により、 6月に入ってから急に成長が再開し、追いついたのです。開花は6月中旬から始まり、わずか1週間で終了し、7月中旬にはブドウの房が閉じました。ウドンコ病とベト病の圧力は遅れて突然現れ、8月中旬まで持続的な処理を余儀なくされました。 7月末に最初の完熟したブドウが現れ、育成期間中の難しい天候にもかかわらず、ピノとシャルドネの区画で不均質な形で成熟が続きました。収穫前の最後の数週間の暑さと風によって、ボトリティス菌の進行が遅くなりました。収穫は9月20日に始まりましたが、この時期の天候は気まぐれでした。健康的なブドウを保証するために、収穫時の衛生状態にいつも以上に注意を払わなければなりませんでした。収穫されたブドウは、白ブドウも含めてすべて厳密に選別され、品質が保証されています。収穫は9月20日にピノ・ノワールの区画から始まりました。難しい季節のため、選別は厳密です。収穫はその後も続き、9月25日に涼しい晴天のもとで終了しました。ヴィンテージがフレッシュだったため、バランスの取れた構造を持つフレッシュなワイを得ることができました。赤ワインに関しては、急速な発酵により色が穏やかに抽出され、赤い果実がきれいに表現され、タンニンがしなやかになっています。白は花や新鮮な果実の香りに包まれ、酸味はジュースの中で完璧なバランスを保っています。 11月以降、ワインは樽の中で熟成され、マロラクティック発酵を待っています。シャルドネは、霜が降りた時期があったため、収穫量は非常に少なかったです。 2021年の収穫量は20hl/haです。 ◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆
