日本代购-ストレイテナー、Nothing's Carved In Stoneなどで活躍するベーシスト“日向秀和”。この度、特別仕様の“日向秀和シグネチャーモデル”として、完全数量限定で発売します。ナンバー入りの特別認定書および、本体裏蓋に日向秀和本人の直筆サイン入り。 特別仕様の筐体と内部パーツ 白色の本体に日向氏のトレードマークである“極”のロゴを大胆に配置し、コントロール系の文字を赤にしたスペシャルバージョン。入出力ジャックは金メッキ接点を採用。酸化に強く経年による音質変化や劣化を最小限に抑える、プロフェッショナル仕様です。また、これは微弱なハイインピーダンスの信号の場合、特に有効に作用します。そして裏蓋には一台一台、日向氏本人の直筆サイン入りという、シグネチャーモデルの名に相応しい一台です。 Vitalizer B搭載 入力段にVitalizer Bを採用しました。Vitalizerとは音質劣化やノイズ等外部の影響を受けやすいハイインピーダンス信号を、それらの影響を受けにくいローインピーダンス信号に変換し、さらに楽器本来の特性を踏まえ、敢えてHi-Fiになりすぎないように調整したバッファー回路の一種です。このVaitalizerをベースギターなどの低域レンジに最適化したのがVitalizer Bです。 BDI-1はこのVitalizer Bによって輪郭のぼやけやすい低音域であっても引き締まったクリアなサウンドを出力します。また、VZ THRUアウトジャックにもこの信号が出力されるので、ローインピーダンス化されたパラレルアウトとして他のペダルやチューナーに接続できます。 Hi-Definition Bass Sound 厳選したパーツとベース用の回路機構設計により、ローノイズで広い表現力を提供します。内部動作電圧は21Vに昇圧し、高いダイナミックレンジを確保しています。 MIXコントロール DRIVE音とEQで整えられたクリーンな音をMIXする事で、歪みのニュアンスを変化させます。強く歪ませた場合でもクリーン音を足してベースラインのメリハリを表現したり、逆にクリーン音をメインに歪みを足す事で音厚感を持たせる等、幅広いセッティングが可能です。DRIVEの歪みはクリーン音とMIXする事を前提に作り込み、低音域の濁りの少ないディストーションサウンドに仕上げています。 EQセクション ベース用ストンプ型プリアンプProvidence DBS-1の回路を基にしたEQセクションは、Treble/Mid/Bassに加え、新たにPresenceを追加して4Bandにする事でさらに幅広い設定を行えるようになっています。Presenceは倍音成分をコントロールし、音の輪郭を立たせることができます。 DI OUT バランス・アウトを搭載し、ライブやレコーディングでPAとのセッティングにも柔軟に対応。グランドリフトSWも備えていますので、他機器との結線による万一のグランドループノイズにも即時に対処可能です。 BYPASS/MUTEモード切り替え ミニスイッチを操作して左側のフットスイッチのエフェクトOFF時のモードを選択できます。BYPASSモードではVitalizer Bを経由したダイレクト音を出力します。MUTEモードでは音を止め、ベース本体の交換やチューニング中に不用意な音を出さないようにすることができます。
