日本代购-ビューラックAは、おやすみ前に服用することにより、翌朝にはおだやかなお通じが期待できる便秘薬です。 主成分のビサコジルが、大腸の粘膜を刺激して腸のぜん動運動を活発にし、また排便反射を刺激して排便を促進します。ビューラックAは 食生活の欧米化に伴い，便秘で悩んでいる方が増えています。 ビューラックAは結腸粘膜に直接作用する刺激性下剤で，大腸の蠕動（ぜんどう）運動を促進し，おやすみ前に服用することにより，翌朝にはおだやかなお通じが期待できる便秘薬です。 生薬系（大黄・センナ）の便秘薬より、作用が強く、効果が早く発揮されます。 頑固な、常習的な便秘に悩まれている方に適しています。■用法・用量次の1回量を就寝前に水またはお湯でかまずに服用してください。 ただし，初回は最小量を用い，便通の具合や状態をみながら少しずつ増量または減量してください。 ［年齢　　 1回量　　 1日服用回数］ 成人（15歳以上）　　 2～3錠　　 1回 11歳以上15歳未満　　 1～2錠　　 1回 11歳未満の小児　　 　　 服用しないこと 定められた用法・用量を厳守してください。 本剤は強い作用の便秘薬ですので服用には十分ご注意ください。 小児に服用させる場合には，保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。 本剤は腸溶錠ですので，錠剤をかんだり，割ったり，つぶしたりせずにそのまま服用してください。 空腹時に服用してください。 制酸剤や牛乳をのんでから1時間以内は服用しないでください。 錠剤の取り出し方 　錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り，取り出してお飲みください。（誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながります。）■効能・効果ビューラックは次の症状に。 ・便秘。 ・便秘に伴う次の症状の緩和:頭重、のぼせ、肌あれ、吹出物、食欲不振(食欲減退)、腹部膨満、腸内異常発酵、痔。■成分・分量ビューラックA 1日量(3錠)中 ビサコジル〔2-(4,4'-ジアセトキシジフェニルメチル)ピリジン〕　　 15mg 添加物として、 乳糖、トウモロコシデンプン、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、クロスポピドン、メタクリル酸コポリマーLD、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、ポリソルベート80、クエン酸トリエチル、タルク、白糖、アラビアゴム、ゼラチン、沈降炭酸カルシウム、酸化チタン、マクロゴール、カルメロースナトリウム、カルナウバロウ、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、赤色3号を含有します。■使用上の注意■してはいけないこと （守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり，副作用が起こりやすくなります） 1．本剤を服用している間は，次の医薬品を服用しないでください。 　他の瀉下薬（下剤） 2．大量に服用しないでください。 ■相談すること 1．次の人は服用前に医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談してください。 　（1）医師の治療を受けている人。 　（2）妊婦または妊娠していると思われる人。 　（3）次の症状のある人。 　　はげしい腹痛，吐き気・嘔吐 2．服用後，次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので，直ちに服用を中止し，この添付文書を持って医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談してください。 ［関係部位：症状］ 消化器：はげしい腹痛，吐き気・嘔吐 3．服用後，次の症状があらわれることがあるので，このような症状の持続または増強が見られた場合には，服用を中止し，医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談してください。 　下痢 4．1週間位服用しても症状がよくならない場合は服用を中止し，この添付文書を持って医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談してください。注意書き（1）直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に保管してください。 （2）小児の手の届かない所に保管してください。 （3）誤用をさけ，品質を保持するために他の容器に入れかえないでください。内容についてのお問い合わせは 下記までお願いします。皇漢堂製薬 660-0803 兵庫県尼崎市東難波町5丁目31番18号 TEL： 0120-023-520 営業時間帯： 土・日・祝日を除く 　　　　　　　9：00～17：00 区分: 日本製 【医薬品・医薬部外品】 第2類医薬品広告文責：くすりの三井 　06-7507-1808発売元：皇漢堂製薬
