日本代购-ポーリは、グラッパの聖地ヴェネト州バッサーノ・デル・グラッパ近郊のスキアヴォンにある、1898年創業の家族経営のグラッパメーカーです。 創業者のジョバッタ・ポーリは手押し車に小さな蒸留器を乗せ家々を回ってブドウの絞りカスを蒸留して生計をたてていました。その後息子のジョヴァンニが蒸留所を設立しますが、彼は蒸気機関車のエンジンにヒントを得て独自の蒸留装置を開発することに成功し、グラッパを商品として販売することを始めました。 現在は4代目のヤコポにその情熱は引き継がれ精力的な営業の結果、同社のファンはイタリアはもとより世界中に広がっています。今ではヴェネト州を代表するグラッパメーカーだと言えるでしょう。 ブドウの搾りかす（皮と種）を昔ながらの銅製の大釜から成る蒸留器を使って、非連続式蒸留。4年間フランス産オークバリックで熟成。仕上げに約1年間「サッシカイア」の樽で熟成。 樽やバニラ、カカオ、コーヒー、リコリスのアロマ。フルボディーで、ストラクチャーがあり、広がりのある深い味わいです。 従来のグラッパ・ディ・サッシカイアと比べ、約1年程長く熟成させる為、より滑らかで、味わい深いです。 グラッパグラス（チューリップ型グラス）がより一層風味を引き立ててくれるのでオススメです。適温18〜20°。 内容量 500ml ブドウ品種 カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、カベルネ・フラン／アルコール度数：40％ 保存方法 冷暗所にて保存 原産国名 イタリア　ヴェネト 輸入者 フードライナー [ct_o_48]
