日本代购-※12本購入で送料無料（クール便利用は除く）商品コードW085商品名Chardonnay Gran Reserva生産者名ヴィンテージ最新ヴィンテージ容量750ml色白飲み口辛口葡萄品種シャルドネアルコール度数13.5国チリ生産地域1エルキ ヴァレー熟成フレンチオークの樽で約10ヶ月JANコード4935919080859チリのワイン地図に「エルキ ヴァレー」を刻み込んだ「エルキ　ヴァレーのパイオニア」・・チリワインの産地の中心は、サンディアゴから南に集中してあり、エルキ　ヴァレーのような北でワイン造りをしている生産者はいませんでした。他のチリの生産者たちに、「あの二人のイタリア人は愚かだ」と非難されましたが、信念を貫き通しました。彼らがワイン造りを始めた事で、エルキ　ヴァレーは、チリ最北端の新しいワイン産地としてワイン地図に記されることになりました。「4ヶ所の畑がそれぞれ個性的」・・ワインの品質の90％は、適正な場所に葡萄を植え、適正な時期に収穫することにかかっていると考えています。「ティトン」は、標高350mで海岸から近く海からの冷たい風のため、標高が最も低いにもかかわらず一番冷涼な畑です。また、年間200〜220日も午前中に霧が出て、樹に湿度を与え、強すぎる日差しを遮るため、気温が5〜7度下がります。その結果、成熟が遅くなります。「プクラロ（サン カルロ）」は、標高515mで、プクラロ湖（人口貯水池）から近く、ワイナリーのすぐ裏に面しています。ティトンよりも内陸にあるため、霧はほとんど発生せず、さらに乾燥しています。日中はとても暑いのですが、夜になると急激に気温が下がります。「ペドリスカル（ペドロガル）」は、標高650mです。整備に2年かけ、川の流れを変え、畑を造りました。土壌は、川石が多く砂質で、グラーヴやシャトーヌフ　デュ　パプに似ています。昼と夜の気温差が激しく、カルムネールに最適です。「ホヮンタ」は、標高1700〜2070m、面積は30haです。おそらく世界で最も高い場所にある葡萄畑のひとつです。日中は焼けるほど暑く、日が落ちると急に寒くなるという、寒暖差の激しい場所です。水源があり、1500年前インカ時代の石で造った水路を利用しています。「設備は全てイタリア製で、区画ごとに醸造」・・160個のタンクと1000個の樽を所有、ワイナリー設立当初からすべての区画ごとにタンクを分けて醸造しています。タンクやボトリングマシーンはイタリアから輸入したものを使っています。ステンレスタンクは、温度を同じに保つため、厚さが12mもあるものを選んでいます。赤ワインの発酵タンクの上には2本のピストンが付いており、果帽をこのピストンで突き崩し、マストの中に沈めます。伝統的なポンピングオーバーよりも、マストに負担が少ない柔らかな抽出が可能となります。「フランス製のフレンチオーク樽、アメリカンオーク樽」・・熟成用の樽は、フレンチオークもアメリカンオークも、フランスのタランソー社製を使っています。「フランスのメーカーによるアメリカンオークのほうがエレガント」とフレッサティは話しています。瓶詰め前のフィルターは、赤は1回のみ、白はマロラクティック発酵をさせないので二次発酵を避けるため、2回通します。「ラベルは先住民族の絵」・・古代のインカ帝国がこの地に来る前に生息した先住民族ディアギータ族が陶器などに使用していたシンボルマークを入れています。地元の美術館で見つけ採用しました。エリアの歴史や文化を継承する意味でも大事なことと考えています。ワイナリーの名前は、約2000年前の古代ローマ時代に造られていたワイン「ファレルノ（Falerno）」に因んでいます。＜評価＞ヒュー　ジョンソン＆ジャンシス　ロビンソン共著「世界のワイン」で、「ビーニャ　ファレルニアはさらに北のエルキでも2000m以上の高度で上質のワインを生産できることを証明した」と記載。さらに、カルムネール　レセルバが、「チリの最高級品のいくつか」として、アルマビーバやドン　メルチョ等と並んでラベルが掲載。ヒュー　ジョンソン「ポケット　ワイン　ブック2019」で★★→★★★。初めてエルキ　ヴァレーで商業用のワインを造った生産者で、今もなお先頭を行く。卓越したローヌのようなシラー、ハーブのようなソーヴィニヨン　ブラン、珍しいペドロ　ヒメネス」。
