日本代购-取り寄せ商品の為、輸入元で売り切れの場合もあります。その際はご容赦くださいませ。※12本購入で送料無料（クール便利用は除く）商品コードFC065商品名Pays du Gard Les Vignes de Mon Pere生産者名ヴィンテージ最新ヴィンテージ容量1500ml色赤飲み口フルボディ葡萄品種カベルネ　ソーヴィニヨン70％、シラー30％アルコール度数14.5国フランス生産地域1コートデュローヌ熟成オーク樽(カベルネは新樽、シラーは1年樽で12ヶ月熟成JANコード4935919310659「すべてのワインに同じだけの労力をかけ、同じだけの思いを込めています」世界が奪い合う驚きのコスティエールドニームマレス家が2世紀以上をかけて探し求めた理想の土地マスデブレサドは、マレス家が代々引き継いできたワイナリーです。現在のオーナーはシリルマレスで、1996年、27歳の時に父から引き継ぎました。マレス家は、確認できる一番古い文書によると、1240年代にはラングドックの地に住んでいたという記録が残っており、ワイン造りに関しては1760年代に造り始めたという記録が残っています。2世紀以上ワイン造りを続けてきた家系ですが、ワイン造りの場所は必ずしも同じではありませんでした。シリルの高祖父であり、うどん粉病の防除方法を発見し、ルイパスツールとも交流のあった偉大な人物としても知られるアンリは、弟のポールとともに、北アフリカがフランスの植民地になったことをきっかけに、よりよい葡萄栽培地、新しいテロワールを求めてアルジェリアに入植しました。そして1世紀ほど後、北アフリカがフランスから独立したころに、シリルの祖父アンリと父ロジェがより良いテロワールを求めてボルドーのオーメドックに移住しました。その後、ロジェがコスティエールド二ームの地へと辿り着きました。コスティエールドニームコスティエールドニームは、フランス南部コートデュローヌ地方に属しています。ニームは、フランス最古のローマ都市として知られており、円形闘技場や神殿、水道橋などの遺構が見られます。コートデュローヌは南北に約200kmと縦長ですが、コスティエール　ド　ニームは地中海に面する、最も南側に位置しています。コスティエールドニームの特異なテロワールとしては、“ガレルレ”と呼ばれる丸石が葡萄畑を覆っていることが挙げられます。この丸石は第四紀に、約30km離れたアルプスから、ローヌ川によって運ばれて堆積したもので、シャトーヌフ　デュパプで知られています。昔は広い面積を覆っていましたが、何千年もの間に浸食され、現在ではシャトーヌフ　デュ　パプ、タヴェル、コスティエールドニーム等にしかありません。中でも、コスティエールドニームは最も広い範囲に残っているため、このテロワールをしっかりと表現したワインになります。丸石は手のひらに乗るものもあれば、両腕で抱えるほどの大きなものもあります。この丸石が太陽熱を蓄え、夜間にゆっくりと放熱することで、畑が寒くなりすぎないようにしてくれます。「すべてのワインに同じだけの労力をかけ、同じだけの思いを込めています」自分が生まれ育った土地で葡萄を育てることに喜びを感じています。このテロワールはまさに私の一部だからです。ワイン造りは喜びであり、私の情熱です。土地が語りかける声に耳を傾け、葡萄、そしてワインを通してコミュニケーションを取ろうと努力しています。テロワールの持つ可能性を損なわないように心を砕いています。私の仕事は、葡萄が持つ可能性を最大限に発揮できるように手助けしてあげることです。また、大切な過程のひとつが、最終的なワインを造るための試飲、そしてブレンドです。この仕事に情熱をかけています。それは料理に似ています。最高の素材が必要です。そして時間をかけて、注意深く行う必要があります。それは、ワインが最高のフレイバーを表現できるようにするためなのです。その後の私の喜びは、お客様がワインを飲んで喜びを感じて頂けることです。たとえ遠く離れていたとしても、ワインを通じて私の土地、テロワールを感じていただけるのです。私たちは本当に小さな家族経営のワイナリーで、10名以下で作業を行っています。私が畑の管理、醸造、ブレンド、商品化などを管轄しています。すべてのワインに同じだけの労力をかけ、同じだけ思いを込めてワインを造っています。ですから、私のワインに優劣はないという事を感じて頂ければ幸いです。除草剤、殺虫剤も使わないオーガニック栽培の取り組みマス　デ　ブレサドでは、除草剤や殺虫剤などは使用していません。「畑は丸石で覆われているため、雑草は生えないのではないかと思われる方もいるかもしれませんが、石と石の間から生えてしまうのです。毎年、石を掘り返すようにして雑草のケアを行いますが、この作業は農機具へのダメージが大きいため苦労しています。私は、ガレルレの特別なテロワールそのものを表現できるような葡萄造りを続けていきたいと思っています」とシリルは話してくれました。また害虫対策には、フェロモンカプセルで対応しています。有機栽培自体は父の時代から続けて来ましたが、認証を取得しても良いだろうと思い、2017年に正式な申請を出しました。申請後の審査を経て正式に認証を取得し、一部の銘柄では2020VTから、ABマークとユーロリーフがバックラベルに表示されています。最新技術と「昔ながら」の良いところを取り入れる収穫はほぼすべてを機械で行っています。機械摘みの一番のメリットは、一度に収穫することが出来る点です。例えば、ある区画を手摘みで収穫した場合、複数のスタッフと作業をしたとしても数日かかりますが、機械摘みではシリルだけでも約4時間で終えることが出来ます。また、時間を短縮するだけではありません。収穫を開始する際には、収穫にかかる時間を逆算して作業を開始しなければならず、手摘みの場合は、例え葡萄が理想の成熟度に達していなかったとしてもスタートせざるを得ない場合があります。機械摘みであれば「今がベストだ」と判断したその日の内に終えることが出来ます。また最新式の収穫機は、収穫の時点で葉や葡萄の果実以外を自動で除けたり、ある程度の選果をしたり出来る機能がついており、除梗も自動で行ってくれます。最終的には、葡萄がワイナリーに到着した後、振動式の選果台でさらに人の目で見て不要なものを除いていきます。写真の奥に見えるチューブには冷却装置がついており、収穫時の外気温が高かった際に、葡萄を冷やしながら次の工程に運べます。このように、最新の技術と昔ながらのやり方、どちらの良いところも採用することで、少ない人数でも効率の良い作業を目指しています。多様な産地からの樽を使用し、支配的な味わいを避ける熟成に使用する樽の素材は、基本的にはフランス産ですが、様々な産地、様々な森の木からの樽をあえて使用しています。「樽材の産地であるそれぞれの森にも独自のテロワールがあります。また、内部のローストの具合によっても樽に個性が生まれます。一つの味わいが支配的になることを避けるために、様々な産地の樽を使用しています」。白ワインの「キュヴェエクセレンス（F-143）」では、樽熟成を行いますが、これは樽の風味をつけるためではなく、あくまでもボディを与えるためです。実際に、『ワインアドヴォケイト』のロバートパーカーがこのワインを試飲した際、「樽を使っていない」と言ったため、「90〜100％使っています」と教えたそうです。「ワイン造りの歴史に名を残す名家」　　「Mas」は、プロヴァンスの方言で、ドメーヌを意味します。高祖父アンリはパスツールの友人で、うどん粉病に対する亜硫酸塩による治療法を発見しました。祖父アンリはボルドーでワイン造りに携わっていたという家系です。また父ロジェは、まさにパイオニア的存在で、この地に初めてカベルネ　ソーヴィニヨンを植えたり、樽熟成の白ワインを造ったりしました。シリル　マレスは引き継ぐ前に、モンペリエで栽培や醸造学を勉強し、カリフォルニアやチリにも修行に行きました。「畑はまさに南ローヌ」　　畑の土壌は、第四期時代のローヌ特有の小石が5〜10mの深さまであり、まるでシャトーヌフ　デュ　パプの畑のようです。また、ミストラルも吹き、行政的にはラングドックに位置していますが、「ローヌワインとしてとらえて欲しい」と考えています。ミストラルは、害虫を避け、雨が降っても葡萄を乾かし、湿気から守る、「最大の友」です。各畑別、葡萄品種別で、それぞれのポテンシャルを大切にしたワインを造っています。「飽くなき品質向上への努力」　　醸造については父親のロジェ　マレスが確立し、シリル　マレスの代になりさらに品質が向上しました。世界的な評価も高まり、地元でも人気の高いこのドメーヌのワインには、常に生産量を超えた予約が入るほどです。しかしシリル　マレスは品質にもまだまだ満足することなく、さらにその上を目指すべく日々努力を続けています。非常にバイタリティ溢れるシリル　マレスの造るワインは、さらに品質向上を続けることでしょう。＜評価＞ヒュー　ジョンソン「ポケット　ワイン　ブック2019」で、最高の生産者として掲載。
