Hierzu soll zun?chst ein allgemeiner ?berblick ?ber anaphorische Ausdr?cke in nat?rlicher Sprache anhand von zahlreichen Beispielen gegeben werden. Diese Arbeit konzentriert sich ausschlie?lich auf den Problemkreis der verschiedenen satz?bergreifenden Anaphorik, n?mlich auf die sogenannten Diskursanaphern, die in Form von Personalpronomina oder Nominalphrasen vorkommen k?nnten. Auf die satzinternen Anaphern wird hier nicht weiter eingegangen, da es sich zweifellos um andere theoretische Besonderheiten handelt. Welcher Art die Zusammenh?nge zwischen Anapher und Antezedent in einer Satzfolge sein k?nnen, ist eine Fragestellung, die in dieser Arbeit zum Tragen kommt. Der erste Teil befasst sich zun?chst mit der Kl?rung des theoretischen Hintergrundes f?r die Anaphern. Es wird mit einer allgemeinen Definition der Anaphern und der Antezedenten und mit ihrer Beschreibung als referentielles Ph?nomen begonnen. Daher wird ausf?hrlich auf die Frage eingegangen, wann ein sprachlicher Ausdruck im Normalfall als Anapher betrachtet werden kann. Dabei werde ich einen kurzen ?berblick ?ber die ?blichen anaphorischen Wiederaufnahmen geben. Dazu werden verschiedene wesentliche Eigenschaften der Anaphern beschrieben. Es folgt dann die Pr?sentation von solchen F?llen, die von den Standardannahmen zu Anaphern deutlich abweichen. Im Einzelnen geht es um mangelnde Koreferenz, die in der Textlinguistik als das typische Merkmal der Anaphorik bezeichnet wurde. Dieser ausf?hrliche ?berblick soll einen Eindruck davon vermitteln, dass die anaphorischen Verweise oft vielschichtiger und komplexer sind, als es in der meisten Forschungsliteratur angenommen wurde. Gekl?rt werden soll auch, inwiefern diese Problembereiche der typischen Charakteristika der Anaphern widersprechen. Die zahlreichen Beispieltexten stammen aus verschiedenen Textsorten wie Zeitungsartikeln, literarische Texten oder sie wurden auch aus der linguistischen Forschungsliteratur ?bernommen.
