日本代购-＜p＞Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Gesundheit - Menschen mit Behinderung, Note: 1,7, IB-Hochschule, Berlin, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: W?hrend meiner langj?hrigen T?tigkeit als Heilerziehungspflegerin in der Begleitung von geistig behinderten Menschen, stellte sich immer wieder neu die Frage, nach einem individuellen Weg und nach M?glichkeiten der ganzheitlichen F?rderung. In den letzten Jahren weicht dem Bild des 'klassisch geistig Behinderten', mehr und mehr ein neuer Typus, der selbstbestimmt seinen Weg gehen m?chte und oft nur mit Geduld und M?he aller Beteiligten, seinen Platz finden kann. In dieser Arbeit soll untersucht werden, ob der Sport diesem Personenkreis eine Struktur bieten kann, die Stabilit?t und Kontinuit?t und letztlich Gesundheit im Sinne der salutogenen psychischen und biologischen Einfl?sse erm?glicht. Die Evidenz von Sport und Bewegung in Bezug auf Gesundheit als eine biopsychosoziale Einheit, wird am Beispiel von vier leichter geistig behinderten jungen M?nnern untersucht. Bietet diesen 'Jungen Wilden' der Sport auf dem Weg der Identit?tsfindung eine M?glichkeit Halt und Selbstbest?tigung zu finden, ist er eine Alternative, zu der Versuchung unerf?llte Bed?rfnisse durch Drogen und Alkohol zu bet?uben? Als Einf?hrung in die Thematik werden die zentralen Begrifflichkeiten Gesundheit, Sport und Bewegung sowie Geistige Behinderung definiert. Die Definition des Gesundheitsbegriffs wird an Aspekte der Salutogenese (lat. salus = Heil, Gesundheit, griech. genese = Entstehung) von Aaron Antonovsky gekn?pft, da dieses Konzept den Begriff Gesundheit in seiner Komplexit?t und Subjektivit?t in einer Form aufschl?sselt, in welche sich 'das Ph?nomen' geistige Behinderung einordnen l?sst, jedoch ohne defizit?re Sichtweise. Dem gegen?ber wird das Modell der ICF als ein Konzept der funktionalen Gesundheit gestellt. Im Methodenteil erfolgt die Untersuchung durch eine Dokumentenanalyse in Anlehnung an Indikationsbereiche der ICF in Form von Fallbeispielen. Die Dokumente der Jahre 2005 - 2010, die als Entwicklungsberichte und psychologische bzw. ?rztliche Gutachten der untersuchten 4 Probanden vorliegen, geben Auskunft ?ber den Entwicklungsstand zu Beginn der sportlichen Aktivit?t im Fu?ball und dem ?bergang in die Wohnform BEW 2005.
