日本代购-今回入荷分より価格が上昇しております。2012年の劇的な生産量減少による蔵出し価格上昇と為替によって少々価格が上がってしまいました。優しい酸味とナチュラルな風味がいっぱいで、旨い！色調は中程度の黄色。 ロワールのワインとしてはややしっかりぎみな色合いで、熟したぶどうを連想させます。香りは熟した白桃、アプリコット、そしてフローラルなニュアンスあり。やっぱりペノさんらしい複雑さがでています。味わいは、やわらかタッチのアタックで酸味が実にやわらか！果実味と奥行きがあり、後口にちょっと感じる苦味が複雑さと絡まっていい余韻です。ペノさんのワインらしい”自然”な感じが十分出ています。 この価格では、ここまで上品でしみじみ美味しいと感じるワイはそうありません！味がナチュラルなのは、SO2が少ないから。ペノさんの他のキュヴェ同様、ビン詰め時まで使いません。添加する量も、総合量でなんと!25mg/Lと、これは相当ナチュラル派です。低価格ワインといえども、本物で勝負！ということで自信を持ってお勧めします。 このキュヴェは、彼のワインの中では1番酸味が少なく、ぴちぴちしたガスもありません。（2005は少々ガスを残したようです。ボトルにより差もございます。）酸度で言うならば”キュヴェ・ニュイタージュ”より酸が約25％程少ないから口当たりがソフト。マイルドな飲み口です。“飲み口の良さ”“気軽なワイン”を“みんなで気軽に飲んで“との思いから、この新しいワインを「ワインの友達＝キュヴェ・デ・ザミ」と名付けました。キュベ”ニュイタージュ”との違い：ワイン造りに純粋無垢なペノさんは、キュヴェセレクションが厳しいのです。「キュヴェ・デ・ザミ」は、彼が造るキュベ・ニュイタージュには品質が伴わないという事で使われなかったキュヴェや、ニュイタージュのプレスワインでつくりました。以前は樽ごとネゴシアン売っていたそうです。そのせいでびっくり値段が実現しました。安い！！！安くて、旨くて、思わずうなってしまうワインです。是非、是非、お試しください。2009年来日時に聞いた追加情報！Amisとは友達のこと。友達と楽しく飲んで欲しいという思いと、2003年の来日時に出会った日本のお客様への思いを込めて、このように名付けた。 ネゴシアンに売っていた時、霊柩車が来て死者を連れ去られていくような気分になった。そこですべてが終わり、自分の大切なワインが死んでしまうような感覚である。しかし自分でビン詰めをし、製品化するようになると、出荷時には自分の子どもが巣立ち、新たな旅立ちをするような、とても晴々した気分になる。ラベルデザインは、元ソムリエであったペノ氏の弟のデザイン。3ヵ月間頼んでいても全然作ってくれなかったが、ある日、蔵にやってきた時に言うと、10分くらいで仕上げてくれた。デザインされている男の子が着ているのは、ブルターニュの伝統的な衣装。2007年、2008年は生産していない。
